I want you to know your Internet Service is the worse I have ever come across and will note it on public websites where reviews are available for public viewing.It constantly goes down, only lasts for a couple of hours uninterrupted at its very best. You can only hook up one device at it cannot be connected by WiFi it must be by an Ethernet cable or some other hard-wired method. I don't know whatever hidden charge you put in the room rate for the Internet service, but if it is more than zero it is way too much. In fact, given the level of service, your Internet provides zero is too costly. Despite your statements of having support available none is available I have called the support line at least a half dozen times, and note of the "technicians" know what to do or was going on. I got many different answers to the same questions. The problem is ESA will not let you bring in an outside provider even if you are willing to pay for it. There is an old cliche what's cheap is dear, and nothing is cheaper than zero which is infinitely worth more than the Internet service ESA provides.

I stayed at extended stay of Greensboro big tree way due to work the staff overhaul were great untilSunday when I made several trips to the office and they wouldn’t answer the door finally the end of the night a rude clerk answered the door I guess I woke her up she would not give fresh towels she called the police and had me kicked out in the middle of the night with no place to go as I was leaving in my car she made nasty remarks saying I told u I will get the last laugh she was cursing at me really not professional

Avoid Extended Stay Houston Medical Center!!! Beyond horrible experience, receptionist took 45 mins to be located before we could check into our reservation,she arrived with a serious attitude, worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, house keeping never showed or clean the room for the 4 day stay, stove did not work, they would not even accept a work order to fix it, found used condoms and trash underneath the bed, this place was a nightmare, please avoid !!!!

I’ve been in this hotel for a week and a half due to the storm we had in Texas, this hotel has been awful most of the things in the room does not work.The stove in the fridge does not work you tell the staff they don’t fix it all they do is walk your money and they go up with the rate every day. The whole staff is Hispanic I’m not a racial person but they use their authority and put people down and lie about different things and charge overcharge people. This hotel need to be investigated itself and I need to be inspected is not livable and the surround Is horrible police be here every day.

Truly disappointed by the dispassionate, and a false sense of bravado the staff has displaced to me lately!I have been extremely loyal to this hotel, and have spent thousands of dollars with this hotel - thousands of dollars that I could've spent on an apartment, and/or, mortgage! My life has been completely flipped upside down, and has left me essentially homeless sense last August, but I haven't given up, and I'm going to keep moving forward! But, I know that I can't do it alone, and when I read the, "Our Promise: At Extended Stay America, the world’s most popular extended stay hotel, great value means more than just great prices. We call every guest by name, and are passionate about making traveling as easy for you as possible. We know there’s no place like home, but we work every day toward making you feel that Extended Stay America is the next best thing. Find out for yourself: Let our dedicated customer service people help you book by the day, by the week, or by the month and find out all the reasons why we’re the new way to stay." What exactly does this mean? I felt like the staff at this hotel had completely ignored me, and instead of extending an ear, or even talking with me - I felt a huge sense of betrayal! Instead of talking with me, which would've easily resolved our situation, I am left feeling even more ashamed of where my life is at right now!

Made reservation week in advance, wife going in for back surgery next morning and we got there and told they have no rooms.They could have at least called. Then we had to go find another motel.

Rooms are very poor condition. I told the night watchman to call the police as I had to run off a thief 2 times having caught him burglarizing a truck.Never call the police for the thief. Dennis the assistant manager is a liar, thief, files false police charges so he can use the police as his personal vendetta service. Dennis stole $300 of property and medication from my room after filing false police charges, stole my deposit, went into my truck. Riffled through my paperwork and records in my room and beraited me to the police when I came back for my property. Very vindictive and petty. Had the nerve to judge me as homeless. I was in town working-btw. I travel for work as a contractor and will never stay at any properties owned by Extended Stay.

Second time staying with ESA. First time, years ago, we had assumed they improved. Beautiful building in Titusville,FL, but don't expect much sleep. The insulation between the floors is absent. Sounded like a herd of elephants atop us, and it was just people walking around. Don't expect great service - or for them to answer their phones from your room.
