Wouldn’t give me a refund. They said they spoke to the movie theater but they did not.Filed a request with the BBB and they still denied my request. How is it my fault I missed a movie and can’t get refunded? So now I spent an extra $30 on nothing. Bs.read more

Wish I could give negative stars. First of all, the movies here are overpriced compared to other sites.Second, they buffer constantly, when Netflix and HBOmax never do. They try to say it is low bandwidth, but I live and work in a large city and have excellent internet. So that is bs. Lastly, I rented a movie (someone gave me Fandango gift cards) and it kept buffering and buffering. I gave up, and the next weekend tried again but the movie I had rented was no longer in my library. When you rent a movie, it says you have 30 days - but the customer service rep just told me that when you START the movie, you only have 48 hours to finish watching it! So, their system is garbage, and they take your money and run even if the interface buffers so much you can't get through the movie. AWFUL.read more

Went to the fandango site to buy tickets, after filling out all required information including credit card info the site said the transaction didn’t go thru.I went to the movie and paid cash. This morning I found that fandango put the charge thru. We I called for a refund I was told no. These people stole my money. Don’t use their site it’s rated 158th in movie sites.read more

Purchased tickets for certain seats in the back of the movie theater and when we went to sit down Fandango stuck us in the second section in the front.Theater employee said this happens quite a bit. Will not use Fandango anymore.read more

If I were able to give 0 stars I would. I requested a refund due to no sound on a rental movie.The relresentative refused unless I would unplug my tv and omug it back in. Once I did and the movie still did not work, he said he would have to email corporate and they would determine if I rated a review. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!read more

You are stealing your customers taking advantage of the fact that the movie theaters were closed during the pandemic.How is it possible that if I have a $ 100 gift card and I am going to spend $ 37 on tickets, you are going to charge a $ 29 convenience fee? that's unsane! I did not use my gift card! Because i need a solution and a proper answer from your customer service. I have been a Fandango customer for years and this has never happened before with gift cards. Now you want to take advantage of your customers to get your business back. Don't you think it's better to keep happy your usual clients and be thankful that we have started to reactivate your business by going to the movie theaters? This is how we all reactivate the economy after pandemic, not taking advantage of your customers. I feel very unhappy and very dissapointed with Fandango and the way you are taking advantage of the customers. I will post my message in all your social media, google, etc. People in the market needs to know the new procedures of Fandango. They never should buy any gift card from you.read more
