Finally received my items after 9 months
So after a million chases and infinite patience my merch has arrived as described. Will I be ordering from them again? No. Not at all. But don’t lose hope.
Cancelled After Many Months, No Refund
I purchased multiple items in January 2024. Since then I’ve been fighting for a refund. They tried to say they were just behind and it was coming. After claiming they would refund me, they cancelled my order fully and never did refund the money.

ordered a mug from my favorite creator's fanjoy website in January. the order hasn't shipped, and there's no way to cancel the order. very disappointed that, despite not being operational, fanjoy is still processing orders and taking payments. unfortunately, I used a prepaid card I got for the holidays to purchase this order, and am unable to process a chargeback request.

They won't provide a return address or process a refund. Loads of emails back and forth. I've opened a PayPal case and now they are claiming they can't refund unless I close the case first. Don't waste your time.

I ordered 2 hoodies through Fanjoy to support a content creator (Bailey Sarian) in October 2023. They constantly pushed back the shipping date of the items on emails, saying ‘the warehouse hasn’t printed the hoodies’ ‘they’re waiting on the manufacturers’ then ‘we no longer have these in stock.’ I requested a refund months ago as it’s just ridiculous and got back ‘we cannot process a refund at this time.’ Absolutely disgusting as a company to just flat out ignore emails and basically refuse to refund me. It’s really not that difficult to process a refund! I just want my money back now

If i could give this negative stars, I would! Ordered a product in January 24, waited, waited, received no updates. I reached out and was asked to be patient, that production was held up, blah, blah, blah. Finally got fed up with many, many of these empty promises and asked for a refund. Yep, no problem, someone from the accounts department will contact you. Waited, waited again. Again asked for a refund. Yep, we'll get right on that! Again, nothing but crickets. The third time I demanded a refund, oh, we're so sorry, we can't process that refund right now! WHAT??? Oh, but now we can send your product. I have now JUST received my order. Absolutely will NEVER, NEVER order from Fanjoy again. Nor will I ever recommend anyone to buy from them. I have purchased from them previously but have never had these kind of issues, and that's including during the global lock down. Unless you can deliver on your products, do not list things on your website and rob people of their hard earned money.

Ordered something on December 2023 and I STILL did not receive my order. Emailed them a couple times and they said that they "ran out of blanks" and when I wanted a refund, silence from them. They haven't posted anything on their socials for MONTHS now. Maybe they're bankrupt? Either way, they're stealing people's money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Company is actually ridiculous????? Ordered something in December of 2023 and still have NOT received it. Been told multiple times it’s about to be shipped and when asked for a refund they said they’d issue it but never have. I can’t believe how much money they’ve probably taken from people. Absolutely disgusting.
