Waste of money

I bought F.A.O Schwarz 753-Piece Build-A-Coaster Playset-753 piece set for my 9 year boy grandson .The instruction manual is very difficult to follow even for an adult. The construction is fragile and is NOT WORKING as suggested. It was a TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.

Worst buying experience ever

Horrible customer service. Never order on your phone, never make any mistakes on your order,they do not let you make changes. You will get charged $15 to return goods even if you immediately asked (within minutes) to cancel your order. My first buying experience will be my last with this horrible company.

I got a stuffed husky for my birthday, he is really well made, he always sits upright,but is still really fluffy and soft. I bring him everywhere and always have loved him. When I look on the website, I see so many great stuffed animals.

Not the Best Comeback...

Was so happy that FAO made a comeback and I know it was Christmas and being a zoo was exactly what I expected,BUT what I did not expect was inexperienced staff who could not put tissue paper around items in their beautiful shopping bag! After all, the bag is branding, yet the help behind the counter seemed inexperienced and/or plain stupid. This is just simple boutique service and the line was not even that long! ALSO I found the layout to be non shopper friendly-The worst! Was very surprised to have felt this way having been a regular shopper since childhood and now as an adult to buy gifts. Lastly, no doormen in uniform?? Very disappointing!

Still not shipped after 7 days and no reply to emails.

I bought several items from their online website 7 days ago now and they still have not been shipped despite promising delivery in 3-7 days!However, they charged my credit card 2 days after purchase. I have contacted them now twice by email and 2 days later have still not heard back about why my order has not shipped. At this point I am not going to get them by Christmas as I need to forward them onto Australia and would like to just cancel the order. Over it!!!! Absolutely appalling service.
