Website was easy to navigate and the fire pit kits had many options. I chatted online with a rep and did not have to wait long which was great .I did however prefer the drop in fire pit I found over the recommendation I was provided. The sales rep was very helpful and answered my questions about connecting to a 20 lb propane tank and connecting directly to the propane line from my house.read more
