Pay up and shut up.

My train was delayed 90min, so I knew, that I would miss my flight, so I called SAS,and asked if I could rebook to a later flight. The answer was yes, as long as you're willing to pay full price for the new ticket. I then booked with BA and will do so in the future. I know that SAS is not responsible for a delayed train, but I did expect some kind of customer service. Especially in these Corona-time, where most of the flights are only half full, which would make the extra service free for SAS.

I had my flight booked for september 2020 and due to Covid my flight was cancelled.I did another booking and it got cancelled. Eventually I requested for refund . Till today I was waiting for it and I was patient . Lastly I decided to contact with customer service to cancel refund process and ask for new voucher . Anna from customer service told I got my voucher already in October so I can download it and get new tickets . Thank You Anna , I had missed e-mail with voucher and I got my voucher in full range to use. Thank You SAS for providing this. I have had really rough times and it made me burst into happy tears !

I had flights booked within Norway on SAS in June, but the Norwegian authorities are not allowing foreign travellers to the areas we were planning to visit for Covid reasons.The flights were booked almost a year ago but SAS is offering no refund, arguing that it's still operating the flights. Avoid this bucket shop airline.

Cheating in the online support chat. You will wait your turn in a queue for half an hour,and the after a short phrase, everything resets, and you have to register your request and wait again. Not possible to get in touch and fix a question.

Waiting for refund (ref O3EY39) for flight cancellation (COVID) for over 12months with no news or update.Impossible to contact them (I'm sitting here on hold for 20minutes so far this time), get any idea of what the status is or how long they will take to refund me.

My son has now received his refund after his SAS flight was cancelled in May 2020. It has been a protracted process,but relieved that SAS finally sorted it out.

Still waiting for a refund from April 2020!!

I am currently waiting on a refund I requested at the beginning of April 2020!! I have submitted arequest three times and every time received the same message: " We kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we are experiencing a large number of requests. It will therefore take us longer time than usual before we can process your refund". I am amazed how the volume of requests can still be this high one year after my request - especially as it has been a year where SAS has had a minimal amount of flights operating! To speed up my refund, I decided to contact SAS's customer service via Chat earlier today. However, the "help" I could get from their human agent was only a confirmation that my refund request is "still being processed"! The agent had no ability to contact the repayment department or process my refund apparently! Not much customer service! I am stunned by SAS. Definitely my last ticket bought from this company!
