Horrible delays

Horrible delays. I have an order that has been in production for 17 days now and has not moved.My invoice says that it ships within two weeks. This seems to be an ongoing issue with their business and every time I hear the same excuse that 'we are trying to rectify the issues' but it never happens. While I understand delays happen (from time to time, not every time) they can't make any guarantees as to when the order will go to print. I give up on this company after my 2nd order and feel that they simply do not care about longevity of a customer. I'll go to Stahl's or elsewhere. I certainly would like to see FM Expressions get their act together. And on a side note FM, if you know their are going to be delays past what you state then it is your job to contact customers and let them know that please.

Use 613 or Stahls'. FM is garbage!!! Their communication is horrible, their transfers take 2 weeks + to ship and their quality is suspect at best.If all else fails, get some Sharpies and hand color your garments. It will be faster and the quality will be much better.

I’ve used FM Expressions for about two years now & I’ve noticed recently that the finished shirts are cracking even before they are washed,which is not good for my customers.

service is HORRIBLE, nobody seems to care when and if you get your order, they have posted on the front page of their website no production delays yet,my order is way overdue and no communication as to when it will be done and shipped, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO ANGER YOUR CUSTOMERS OFF! YOU WILL BE FOREVER FORGOTTEN AND DELAYED!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

I’ve ordered about 5 times from FM expressions and I’ve only had one problem with the colors on a gangsheet being a little wonky but they were quick to fix it and send me a replacement within the same week! The transfers hold up well and my customers like the feel of the athletic ones. Definitely will keep working with them ?

The quality of the transfers is awful. They do not last and begin cracking after a few washes.The company will not stand by its product and has a 30-day warranty. In my business, I make shirts as needed, so sometimes I won't use transfers for months. That automatically voids the warranty.

FM Expressions does good work but takes FOREVER to process your order...even for the simplest of request.Being both speedy and efficient is not their forte. I have used them 3-4 times and the wait time only gets worse. Now that shipping delays are also at play you really don't know how long before you get your order. I am going back to 613 originals. The shipping is higher but it is worth it not to have to wait longer than one should for what you need.
