I just want to say really good product very poor support I just want to say really good product. but here it also stops service /support is at the bottom. I ordered two keyboards on January 6, 2019 I am writing for support January 6, 2019 that I can see that only one has been sent one. so I for it here ***** Fnatic Hello and thanks for your message. Due to weight restrictions it was divided. As I can see that another keyboard should be send out form our UK warehouse. I write ok thank you ***** for the response i just wonder my order was change from 2 to 1 ***** Fnatic No it is not. Both of them are send out but separately!. Please do not worry, you will receive it together. ok then i am calmly awaiting order. January 9, 2019 I only receive one keyboard what happend. I write back. i have only receive one keybord do you have Track and Trace number for the other one ? ***** fnatic skriver Hello and thanks for your message. Due to stock availability it was divided due to stock availability. As I can see that keyboard was shipped on the 9th of January from our UK warehouse. Tracking is only available with the AirSure and International Signed For shipping methods. As such we are not able to provide you with a tracking number for your purchase. Please not order's can take up to 12 working days to arrive, and can be delayed due to customs. If you do not receive your package after 12 working days, please contact us and we can look at some solutions. regards so i write back so you are saying 12 days but on your site it says max 6 days how can that be ? **** fnatic I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience but we cannot influence your country's customs or postal system, we ship via Royal Mail which forward your package to your local delivery service in charge and then they are responsible for your delivery. lie since the package is not sent yet. i write what you have just told me that you have send it the 9 januar 2019 because of out og stock and btw it didnt say anything about it on your homepage. now you blame it on my country and you told me both are send out? I then finish! I most say this is the worst support i have had for a long time. I even wrote to you at first so i was sure thay where sendt at the same time and i was told by you thay will be send at the same time. And now one of them is send the 9th the order was put at the 6th januar it says max 6 dags til you have the package and now you are telling me 12 days why dont you report back to me and say you are out og stock you was able to see that when i ask about my package at first?. i really dont understand this support so lots of lies instead of saying what really happend and apologize do not understand that support.
