I was somewhat concerned about my first shopping experience at Forzieri after reading the mixed reviewson web; however the handbag I wanted was at an amazing price so I emailed the co directly to ask questions. Alex responded immediately and put my mind at ease. I placed my order. My order confirmation came immediately too. When my shipping confirm came it had no tracking, but again I emailed and Alex gave me my Fedex tracking number. The whole transaction was smooth and my new bag is just what I hoped it would be.
