I am disappointed at the reliability of my Franke Omni tank 2 have failed in 3 years,1 replaced under warranty the next one failed less than 2 years. As I couldn't prove I replaced the filter the warranty was refused. I expected better from a quality brand.

Recently moved into a house with a Franke hot tap and it was an immediate selling point for me and my partner.We quickly realised a strange taste and wondered what was wrong. We contacted Franke, they came straight out and identified the problem. The tap had been installed without a filter!
Our engineer, Dan, gave us the options and we chose to have a filter fitted... problem solved!
Extremely professional, no nonsense, non-pushy visit - can’t recommend them enough!

Always had Franke kitchen taps and would never have anything else. Really good taps and excellent backup service.My hot water valve started leaking and the replacement was delivered the next day. Unfortunately, this one started dripping after a couple of days but after a phone call, no argument, the replacement was delivered the next day. Perfect now!

Minerva 3 in 1 boiling water tap.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
spent over £800 on this and so far had 2 broken tap handles for the boiling water,2 tanks, 2 pressure relief valves and 2 spouts as the old one rusted. The last tank became so hot it melted the low voltage cables running the plinth lights, the cables were actually fused to the body of the heating tank. Franke customer services have accused me of not replacing the filters at the correct intervals which I have ( every 4 months as I live in hardwater area). they ignored the safety issue of the tank getting that hot and not tripping out, there only reply was £340 for a third tank.
My friend fitted a Quoker 2 years earlier that mine and has had no issues, Guess what I'm buying next.

Had to phone after our hot water tank & Minerva tap developed problems. The customer service I received from Amy,Louise and Sam was fabulous! Friendly knowledgable and super efficient. A real pleasure to deal with. The service we received from Stuart, our engineer, was just as great. Couldn’t have asked for more! Everyone we have come into contact with at Frankie has been a credit to the company, couldn’t recommend them enough!

Vital filter replacement difficult to order and expensive

Had a Franke vital tap installed. Love the tap but very difficult to order cartridges.Their website has been down for weeks, you have to phone to order. Used to be able to order 3 filters for £75 now can only order singles for £30 each and can’t order on line. Very disappointing. Queued for a while on the phone and was transferred 3 times before getting to the right person to order.

Fantastic service from Franke. Been round the houses to have my Hot Tap fixed with two other companies not particularly interested to resolve the issue.Once Franke got involved it is sorted quickly and efficiently by a top engineer. Well done Franke.
