My parcels are ALWAYS later, even when i pay "next day delivery" - this is when they actually turn up,ive had parcels not turn up and no email or anything to say there is a delay. It is only when i get in touch im told it is out of stock etc. Terrible service
The returns process with Hermes is an absolute joke, i tried to do a collection- booked a collection 5 different times with assurances from Freemans that "this time they should take it" for the courier to reject collect as the bar code doesn't scan so they are unable to accept it. I then rebooked and noone showed. I still have that item and im waiting (4 months on) for Freemans to sort the return and refund!
The customer services is atrocious - noone seems to be able to help efficiently or effectively.
I Would recommend you look at very.co.uk or next.co.uk for your products- both have the BNPL options and both are significantly more reliable.read more

It seems that you don’t order something if you need it in a hurry!! Sometimes it’s a week,2 weeks so far I’ve waited 5-6 weeks for 1 pair of trousers?read more

On ordering 2 items top and matching trousers. The top arrived in good time, but still waiting for the trousers.When I emailed to ask when they would arrive I got an email back to say it could take 5 days to receive an answer. The top is close to the send back date. What the heck am I supposed to do. Looks like the top us going back and the trousers will follow. When they arrive that is. Poor customer care.read more

I ordered beginning of February a swan carpet cleaner. I was told it would be delivered within 2 weeks.On the last day of possible delivery was emailed to say I would now have to wait until late April. If you have a product for sale you should know your availability and not take orders you can’t fulfill. I did check from other providers and could have got the cleaner within 5 days. (Amazon). I dare say brexit didn’t help supply but nonetheless not happy and now the said cleaner is cheaper. When it arrived the cleaning lotion accompanying the cleaner had also leaked.
