The Kima Ventures fund was started in 2010 by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs with the goal to support and finance innovative companies with seed capital all over the world. Sold My Domain After I Checked it Out

This place seemed *OK* at first then I started seeing the flaws this company had. I used these guys to register a free domain for a Minecraft server it worked.When I went to cancel it to register another one it worked fine as well. So I got another free domain, they even said checkout was successful with a conformation code and all that, however as soon as I went to check my domain it was not on my account at all. Turns out Freenom canceled my domain without any knowledge to me or warning. What really rubbed salt in the wound to me is them selling the domain for $10 dollars. To me this sounds a little shady and personally cant say I recommend using this company, alongside that the DNS manager that comes with this also kind of sucks, I couldn't add TXT records that well or CNAME records which was required for what I was doing. Please avoid this company at all costs although it seems compelling for small businesses it really is not, go for another host like namecheap instead.

Their customer service is terrible. I had my domain there for over 4 years now - as usual I paid for +1,but for some reason the payment didn't go through. Literally 1 day after expiration my domain was blocked (no email or anything) and I only received an email AFTER the fact, that now it's too late and I lost it.
This is definitely their fault, because it looks like some internal error stopped me paying for the domain (it used the ''funds'' not the card- the money is there! /not a crad issue), but they would not give me heads up or a warning, just disabled the domain.
It took almost 2 weeks toget in touch with someone from customer service - and I was basically made to pay 50EUR for restoration.
Such a scammy company. Defo moving the domain somewhere else!

I've been wiht freenom for a number of years, but I regrettably have to say their customer service is terrible.I have had several onging issues where I have to ring the compnay and yet nothing happens. No one responds, tickets takes days if not over a week to get looked at. Sadly, i am moving all my domains from them to another service. Totally unacceptible customer service

I bought an domain on freenom. Then when i go to the domain, it says "Your internet connection is too slow!And has lot of trackers! Change it to this DNS!" I don't want my visitors to be tracked! I tried it, IT WAS HORRIBLE! Sometimes, it redirects me to uh, weird dating places?? Really, "Ad-Free DNS"

THSI IS JUST TRASH, IM SERIOUS LIKE EVERYTIME I WANNA TAKE A DOMAIN THEY JUST SAY ITS NOT AVILABLE EVEN IF I SPAM SOME RANDOM LETTERS,TBH THATS JUST SAD.
ALSO THEY DONT REPLY TO YOUR SUPPORT TICKET, IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM THEY JUST IGNORE IT OR SAY YOU NEED TO WAIT.

Scammers.
As soon as your domain reaches 400-500 visits per day they will silently remove the domain (without even a notification)from your account and then mark it as a premium domain.
You then have to buy it in order to get it back.
This is a total scam, just buy a cheap xyz domain or similar.

Can't get a free domain, domain unavailable and then i tried putting .tk at the and it worked but theni wanted to buy the domain for 0 Euros and i made a brand new protonmail account and put the email address in and it said "User or email already exists" and then i put in a secondary gmail account in and then it said "Unable to give domain" or something like that.
