My issues with this company started during the quarantine, i was looking for a way to make extra money.To be honest their promises and offers seemed like the best compared to other trading companies, but i was wrong. I waited a couple of weeks to make my first withdrawal but they asked me to wait for 7 days, i waited but i never heard from them again. I realised i had been scammed after weeks of sending emails to support and calling everyday with no response. I would have lost all my savings if not for “ f.x dawn, on Instagram they literally saved me, i don't know what i would have done if i lost my deposit to these scammers. Please avoid them.

Need explanation , FXCM change the spread for any trade without any rules or clear value or amount ,in chart for GBP/JPY for the same time 5:00 PM new york time in both trade case will have loss as the spread changed by 25 pips up for short selling and down for long trade , can we have explanation why this happen , this loss for whom favor

Dodgy services and worse communications

Client since 2008 I rarely had any complaints about the trading platform nor the pricing.In over a decade being an account I witnessed the company going through multiple faces; from different regulations types (local and international) to the difficulties linked to the 2008 financial crisis. Meanwhile I got moved to the UK firm after being exited from the US entity. Brexit shaking the tree for another time made them kick me out for a second time and this time definitely. In regards they claimed to have sent multiple prenotice messages. The messages never arrived on my end (or the client representative lied through his teeth). I would have noticed anything of THAT IMPORTANTANCE. BTW I archived EVERY e-mail message since the start being a client. Calling or chatting these days needs to be confirmed with a confirmation code sent by the FXCM rep by e-mail. These e-mails NEVER GOT IN either. Although any other mails sent to the same e-mail address got in within a heartbeat (card deposit/withdrawal, modifications on my profile info (e.g. contact info, employment,..). “Check your spam” is their usual answer. Last and not least. Since I got kicked out I had to clean out the account which lead to a withdrawal in the begin of the week. So far only 12% of the total got re-credited to my credit card (within 24 hours). 3-5 business days is foreseen. By now the rest is pending until today (5 business days later) and NONE OF THE REPS gave me a satisfactory answer on the why this hasn't being credited yet AND in bits and pieces. Promises made by rep CEDE and other team members were as empty as much of their services. An e-mail I sent to the admin at fxcm.co.uk account is still unanswered. Too many lose ends if you ask me and if you’re in for serious money management. I CAN NOT ADVICE YOU FXCM if you like to sleep well at night.

As previous reports...customer service awful....I’ve closed account and now on day 12 of trying to get my funds back...ridiculous emails with excuses as to why it’s not been returned.. avoid this company..!!!

Terrible service, impossible requests for information from clients, they make it extremely difficult to get your money back and close your account.I understand KYC requirements but they take it to an unacceptable level asking for information and documents that put your identity security in danger. Beware.

Signed up for a spread betting account with this broker, but no where in the account does it say whatthe account type is. Live chat agents are useless and just refer you to a tax adviser even though my question isn't related to tax. Only broker or company I have ever dealt with that doesn't state what the account type is to their customers.
