Suffering In Silence? Get Cerebral! Here is a review that’s completely honest and one I hope helps others whom are suffering like myself.I’ll answer the most important questions everyone wants to know or ask. -Is Cerebral worth signing up for? The answer is simply YES! If you suffer from any of the problems such as anxiety, depression, insomnia, panic attacks or just need to speak to a therapist then Cerebral is right for you. -Can I get medication such as controlled substances and non-controlled? YES! If the medication you try doesn’t work or if you need medication that’s quick-acting then don’t worry because you can get that specific help with your Cerebral team. -How long does it take to get medications? That is entirely up to each customer. You can choose to have your medication sent to your local pharmacy same-day or you can choose for Cerebral to ship you whatever your provider prescribes. I am only on my first month and I chose the pharmacy option but I will be trying Cerebral's shipping method next month! -Are the providers legit and licensed? Absolutely. Your provider will be from your state or licensed in your state! It’s so easy to talk to your Care Coordinator via messages whenever you need them as they’re available 24/7 and reply within at least 24 hours (usually way less than that.) I have not seen my therapist yet but I imagine talking to her is just as easy as talking to your coordinator or provider. With that said there are two Cerebral members assigned to me that I want to personally and professionally thank; Care Coordinator, Eileen D. Provider, Christopher S. These two individuals alone have changed my entire life and I could not be happier. I don’t feel judged or bad for asking and needing help with problems I know so many others suffer from. I have hope again even though I’m not out of the woods yet. I sincerely hope Cerebral pays attention to the reviews and acknowledges how vital and important these two people are for the customers they’re assigned to. They both are absolutely amazing and I could not ask for a better team! If anything changes I’ll be sure to update this review but so far I highly recommend this incredible service! Quentin W.
