We are a team of licensed professional counselors in full-time private practice. We have over 20 years of experience working with clients from adolescence onward in individual psychotherapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and group therapy. We hold regular workshops in our 12 student classroom where you can learn about cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) from a professional or we can design a program to suit your unique requirements. We use a mindfulness-based, cognitive-behavioral approach to treat a wide range of conditions, with a focus on: • Anxiety disorders - Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder * - Social Anxiety Disorder (Social Phobia - including public speaking anxiety) * - Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder - Generalized Anxiety Disorder - Panic Disorder with and without Agoraphobia - Simple Phobias (heights, flying, animals, tests, etc) • Depression and Suicidal Feelings * Indicates our specialties We can also help you with the following: • Self-esteem and self-image problems • Marital and relationship conflicts We do not accept insurance and will work with you, on a case-by-case basis, to make sure you can afford the help you so desperately need
