Great product I have had GHD’s for many years this is my third set to replace my last ones which I have had for over seven years.I wouldn’t dream of using any other brand, they are really good and straighten my hair very smoothly and do not drag over the hair like some other products. I had ordered from GHD over a week ago now the money has been taken and I have not received my product (hair dryer etx)over 100 pounds products. I have emailed. Still no response. Absolutely awful customer service!!!!!!!!! Don’t bother buying from them.

I ordered my GHD’s as a birthday present however I was sent the tracking information from Hermes and a week later still waiting for my purchase.I sent an enquiry via the website and heard nothing in the end I had to track down a phone number for ghd spoke to a helpful lady who said she would post out another order which would take up to three days to arrive. Hermes were showing that my item had arrived just not left the warehouse

I always go to the hairdresser for do my curls because, in the past I tried several curls and theydidn't do the job as stated. Last week I bought GHD CREATIVE CURL WAND and I used it and I am very pleased with the outcome. This was my first time using GHD and I tell you what it's worth paying! The only negative side is 3 fingers glove is not very effective and would be better supply heat protection pad with this curl. I hold it between my thighs and burnt my thighs several times. I request for the "Health and safety " they must provide heat production pad.
