I think the product is amazing... and definitly if they have some support, cause my computer was repeared 2 times greatly with warranty.If you need a lot of online assistance that's maybe not the best compagny but the machine worth it! Compare to a lot of online services and a bad machine : definitly the best computer I had and I do HD and 4K editing, music production, etc everyday - B-Astre (artist)

My review is for the way they treat customers. The product is great, I have several from Gigabyte butfor the amount of money I spent I expect to be treated at least decent. Asked them for weeks on support, their Facebook page, the local Facebook page and several other places if my card(3090 Aorus Master Rev1) is custom PCB or not.... no aswer.

I had buy a display card on amazon and it has valid warranty. But I sent a email to gigabyte and got no response.And then ask amazon for helping, they said they can not contact the manufacturer because the security issue. So that my valid warranty product can not repair now.

This is the last product I buy from gigabyte. Bought a aero17 laptop for 2500 dollars last year.Within 8 months it's broken then I try to find how to get support from gigabyte which is not very easy access. Then I was able to return the laptop in Melbourne. After inspection they found their is little rust on the motherboard, they think its from water damage and not under warranty. In my 8 moths of use I can't even remember ever accidentally dropped water or any kind. Though I don't drink coffee or tea. They asking 1500 dollars to replace motherboard. In retail I can get same laptop with bit of higher configuration for 1600 dollars. What waste of money and time. Lessons guys please do not go for random companies like gigabyte. They will show high configuration and cheaper price. Then you must forget about after service and warranty Though they they sa 2 years warranty. Laptop always go fo apple Dell just to be sure that they value your money is money. You pay little extra for all in all services. I rather spend another 1600 dollars for another crapy gigabyte product, I am saving 3000 dollar for a apple or Dell.

Hi, had gtc1650 & it broke in a year. Gigabyte does not honor the warranty. They want money to fix what is their fault which is inadequate cooling.Plus, the RMA process is very slow with communication happening once every 2 weeks making the process very annoying. Do not buy their cards unless you want to have a headache & lost money & time.
