I had an issue with my extensions. I reached out to customer service. They were very accommodating I was very impressed with their knowledge and concern for my issue.They provided me tips on how to best take care of my extensions and also provided me with a after care kit. I feel they went above and beyond a normal company’s quality control department. I am not sure who I worked with but I greatly appreciate the service that was provided. Many thanks

The customer service representative, Andrea was extremely helpful and patient. I had a situation where I ordered hair and it defaulted to a previous address instead of my current address.She went out of her way to call FedEx to see if the shipment could be intercepted and sent to me we found out that it couldn’t be it’s being sent back to Glamseamless but she was kind enough to waive the shipping fee of the new order I placed that would get to me in time for my vent. She went above and beyond and followed up with me in a very timely manner. I appreciate her a lot..

Was so excited to try tape in extensions for the first time. Saved my money for months just to get them.Once getting them I was so dissapointed. The tape didn't work and the hair itself tangles so bad. Did some research and it says extensions only tangle when cuticle is bad and the hair isn't actually Remy hair. Way to take advantage glam seamless!!!! Heartbroken and tore up about my hard earned money wasted!!!!!
