I don't know who this Erica is but she have the worst customer service every. I place an order with this company on Sunday March 21,of 2021.I was contact by Fedex on Sunday March 28 of 2021 I saying the Gleamin don't put my apt on the label. So I email so your can send them a new label. I was told no let fedex send the package back and we will send it back out. That was the first time I email this company. On March the 30 of 2021 I reviced an email saying my package was deliver to my front door. I live in apartment building so if any package would have been deliver I would have seen it buy the mail box nope its was not there. So I going down to my apt to see if it was by my door nope no box there. So I email your the second time about my package you going to let to wait until Friday. How the f***k your going to tell someone to wait until Friday to see if they going to get they package after Fedex told me it was deliver to my front door!!!! This company and your customer service people is full of BS. I have all your email I will be send them to the BBB.

Where is my refund?

I canceled an order GL244188 on 3/4/2021. I wanted to place an order and use after pay.I was able to do that and received an email from Gleamin that the order was canceled. Tomorrow will be 11 days and I 'm still waiting on my refund and a payment was taken from After pay on or about 3/17/2021. The message I received from gleamin was refunds take 5-10 business days. If I don't receive my refund this week,, I will file a complaint against Gleamin.

I have not seen a glow and I have noticed that I am breaking out. I don't see that my spots have cleared up.I was using once a day and that may have been to much as I was using other products that may have dried my skin to be fair. I want use it again for a minute. Maybe try again but only once a week to see if different.

I received my package 2 business after ordering so extra fast delivery. I was disappointed my packagewas damaged but email customer service they respond back within and hour ask I provide pictures of the damages within mins of me responding with pictures. I found gleamin customer service to be very courteous and rapid response overall good experience if the product works as good as customer service then it be money well spent. Yes I’m real customer you can find me on IG as Kionasd if you have any doubts. I wanted to add that to verify my review. I’ll report after I used the product for a few weeks I bought it dark spots and hyperpigmentation around my chin.

I've contacted gleamin over several times about the product i ordered and had spilled in the box it was summer so maybe that was a problem.But they have never responded no refund no replace product nothing so I'm writing a review on everywhere until i get a response.
