Plastic piece in candy

Ordered a box for my wife for Mother’s Day and there was a sharp piece of plastic in one of the chocolate pieces that poked her in the mouth.Luckily one of my kids didn’t get that piece as she was sharing it with our toddlers. She couldn’t enjoy the rest because she was afraid of more plastic pieces in the candy. Will never buy from Godiva again.

I was worried when I saw all of the bad reviews. I got these for my mom for mother's day,and they arrived on time and not melted. It was 80° that day so I was extra worried, too. Pleasantly surprised after seeing the scary reviews!

Ordered hamper for Easter + 2 Gold Eggs…

Ordered a Easter hamper + 2 Gold Eggs, only received the 2 Gold Eggs as the rest was not delivered. Have repeatedly emailed Godiva customer service to resolve this issue before Easter Sunday,as there is no other way to contact them. Have received no response. Clearly Godiva is about to go bankrupt!!!! and has taken to stealing it's loyal customers money in order that it's owners can still live the lifestyle that they have become accustomed to.

I've ordered boxes of chocolate through the website for Godiva, and until this last time I have been pleased.This time around the prompts locked up and wouldn't place the order. When I tried a live chat, it seemed it was with a computer that kept asking the same questions. I won't try to order through Godiva again. The experience took way too long and never did resolve the problem. There are other good chocolates much easier to purchase.

I used Godiva online for the first time as I could not get the Spring Box on Amazon.A few problems trying to get hold of customer service as the delivery address was incorrect but eventually Emanuele emailed me and was great and my gift was delivered within the time. I think Godiva should send out delivery details so customers know when their goods will arrive. It is much less stressful. If this is put in place I will definitely use their website again.

Failed to deliver chocolates on time for Valentines despite guarantee to do so. No response from customer service other than to blame others.There are simply too many local options available that I will turn to in the future, and will recommend others to do the same. Their ludicrous prices and poor customer service should not be supported.

Appalling performance and customer service! Placed order 05/02 for next day delivery - still not been delivered (15/02)- contacted Customer Services twice - not interested. Have requested refund but no response so have put them on 7 days notice. I will never buy their products again.
