Do not order from the UK.
The parcel arrived almost 3 weeks after the order was placed from Europe (even if it wasn’t stated on the website).There is no free return and they have to be returned to the Netherlands.
Over a month after I returned the products I still haven’t received a refund. Customer care told me it takes over a month to process returns but I believe I lost money and socks by sending them back.
Poor customer and shopping experience. This how you should not run an e-commerce. Avoid.

Awful, don't use site. Ordered Monday, Friday now and has not shipped and there is no customer service on site,never use again.
There is absolutely no email about shipping.!

12 days after a notice that the order was shipped from a warehouse in Holland I have received NOTHING !(No mail from DPD (shipper) or any tracking nr. or anything else) - the lousiest delivery service I have experienced the past years from any internet company - hopefully the socks will arrive and in order !
Update: The socks just arrived after 13 days in good condition - but no ability to trace the shipment and 13 days is worse than advitised and signficantly sub standard !

I am giving one star because I cannot give zero stars. To avoid rewriting the same stuff,here is the email I just sent:

Hello,
If you look at your mail below, you will see that the second iteration of my order was sent on February 22nd, 2021.
This was after my first order, with your confirmation email dated December 29th, 2020 (!!!) never arrived. So, you initially claimed that you replaced my order, but this one has not arrived yet either, as I informed you by email on March 18th, 2021!
I have never been through anything like this before. I have never waited for a package for a total of THREE AND A HALF MONTHS, not even from the most distant origins with the most transit problems in the middle of a pandemic. And from Europe, too... This is astonishing to me!
It is also telling that I never received a reply from you after my email of March 18th. It had been four weeks since your last email then; it has now been 25 days since my last email to you, and without a reply to boot. My order went through LAST YEAR! Are you serious? How would you feel in my place?
I went on Trustpilot and realised why you have a "Bad" rating of 59% and an overall "Poor" rating (!!!) I wish I had done that before and never ordered from you to begin with. One reviewer waited for their order for FOUR MONTHS, and I am certainly getting there!
If you decide to send my order for a third time (!!!), I expect it to be sent with tracking at no cost to me. As far as I am concerned, you should send it door-to-door by courier to ensure that I receive it as soon as humanly possible! If not, I would like an immediate refund. IMMEDIATE.
I am looking forward to some action being taken and either receiving my package or my money back ASAP! If not, I will not hesitate to contest the charge, in my country AND yours, to get my money back.
