Since Haynes Publishing was founded in 1960, more than 150 million Haynes Manuals have sold throughout the world, more than half a million in the UK last year alone. There are around 300 UK car manuals in print at present with 130 plus UK motorcycle manual titles - not to mention equivalent ranges in the USA, Australia and Sweden. Actually writing a car manual takes 20 to 30 man-weeks. Authors work in pairs, which shortens the origination time and avoids them going crazy in the middle of long projects. We buy a car at the beginning of the project and sell it at the end - either to staff or on the open market. The workshop phase lasts approximately 4 weeks, although we usually keep the car until the manual is about to print in case of last-minute queries. From the start of a project to the publication of the manual usually takes between three and six months. Motorcycle manuals take about two-thirds as long. We have two editorial facilities; one in Somerset, England and one in the USA (near Los Angeles). The UK office produces manuals in English and Swedish while the US office produces manuals in American English, American Spanish and Australian English. We sell directly in the UK, USA, Canada, Sweden and Australia. So far, Manuals have been published in a total of 15 languages - English, French, Swedish, Chinese, Japanese, German, Czech, Finnish, Polish, Bulgarian, Hebrew, Greek, Danish, Spanish and Russian. Alongside our world famous car and motorcycle manuals, Haynes also publish a huge variety of books on many other motoring, transport, family and DIY related areas including; restoration, motor sport and maritime subjects, aviation, farm tractors, commercial vehicles, motorcycling, cycling, caravanning, camping, home decorating and DIY and health matters. Within this site, you will find each publication detailed together with its front cover, a brief but detailed description, author, price, product code, ISBN, size, extent and, in the case of car and motorcycle manuals, its year and model coverage. You will also find all our foreign language manuals listed along with the complete range of Haynes Manuals Inc., American Automotive Repair Manuals and TechBooks. Don`t buy this book for Ford Focus 2011…

Book for Ford Focus 2011 to 2014, is completely useless. No technical drawing where you find fill the screw and tape the screw to the gearbox or picture in the book.35 euros straight into the trash. I was fooled here, sad! I bought this book in a store, what do I do now? no right of withdrawal there.

I would advise the the average DIY to look at an alternative workshop Manual to Haynes they say acomplete strip down but we the DIY don’t want this advise because there in-depth procedures are not conducive for the benifit of the DIY. Either they steer you into getting paid service or delete the most obvious faults that the average motorist find with there cars.As an example I purchased there manual for a fault that can up on my dashboard code PB00BD a common fault if you google it on many forums yet they pass over it in about three sentences.In my book they have to lift there game,Putting out a manual as it is,would only get the DIY person in big trouble if they tried to tackle a major problem.There maybe a better manual by someone that is clued to the common faults experienced by most of us people that have a modern vehicle. I found more information on You Tube than in the Haynes manual that I paid money for.My view don’t buy it.

OMG this is just awful!! I have emailed them after downloading their autofix manual.This doesnt load only occasionally and when it does it freezes. The site is so slow its like its working off a dial up connection. Their are no 'technical drawings' of any benefit that it states are available to assist in working on the vehicle. Plus when I eventually got onto my subscribed page and it eventually loaded the video that showed me how to repair the belt was on a completely different vehicle.

I have just purchased the Haynes Online manual for my car? ? ? (why) Because I have always had a Haynes manual for the car that I drive.This list includes Ford/Fiestas/Escorts?Granadas/Mondeo etc , Rover V8 P5-P5B- 2.2-800 et al, Volvo, Citroen cars and vans, Jags, Minis, VW, all of these and more all had a Trusted Haynes Manual. (I still have many of them).
The Haynes online site is completey useless. Unless you are aware of what it should be, and you want a good laugh.
But now I must advise all not to waste your money. I must also ask why trustpilot is showing some positive reviews, when they are clearly fraudulent.
Sort yourselves out TP.
Do not buy Haynes online.
