I made over € 56,000 loss through the system !! the beginning it was ok,then there were unannounced rollovers, take profits with high losses instead of profits and no contact with customer service.
81% of customers have losses! With the terms and conditions, you quickly notice that the company does not want to keep customers long, for example, as a customer you only have 1 day to comment, otherwise the complaint will no longer be processed and further emails will be ignored! High costs and a SLOW system during the important trading hours must also be expected here. I secured the help of a recovery specialist who helped me retrieve a fair amount of my lost funds without any hitch, and I would highly recommend the many others globally who have been affected or in similar situation to get in touch with him via email gareth_albrighton*at*protonmail•com
I'm terrified and disappointed that this company would put their reputation on the line like this but I have to believe that justice will prevail ultimately!

Hotforex's platform - MT5 started behaving strangely once my profit started increasing.Order execution got delayed and there were messages like " order is in queue" or "off quotes"
When i withdrew the fund there was 10% exchange rate difference(USDINR - market rate was 74.75 and i was given at 69.75)
However they transferred the funds next day. Therefore 3 stars

They are very crafty and shady. I had money deducted from my account 3 consecutive times with no explanations.Then I decided to withdraw it all and close the account only to discover i could not do so and the customer support was not active. I filed a complaint for help to soluti0n3report.com and they helped me recover all my money. Hotforex is a scam. Beware and be safe.

Hello,hotforex made a withdrawal of 106usd in my account which had 2 positions running...This made meblow my account due to inadequate equity...when i opened those two positions on audusd and usdjpy i had an equity of 215 usd and i saw a withdrawal of 106 usd from the hotforex...before opening those two orders i had carefully put in consideration the equity i had.

BEWARE:
Scammed some minor regions
Ok so, i was working with this broker for few years,i had a trading account which i used trading spot Metals in there, ummm, i kinda created a portfolio which i don't think that would be a problem because you pay the commission and Swap for your trading positions.
suddenly they informed me that they would no longer work with my region and closed my portfolio with current market price against my will and caused me a loss of $2700 USD
And the most important thing was they didn't at least notify me a month or two earlier so i could at least have time to adjust my portfolio and withdraw my savings
so i emailed customer support staff detailing that if you're no longer work with my region then you should be responsible for my investment because i trusted this broker by throwing my earnings into it and you closed my trades at a bad time, and i want my money back because your broker was responsible by closing my trades against my will
so they didn't listen and they're response was:
'Sorry for any inconvenience'
( i will attach the conversations in here if needed)
So they closed my trades against my will and caused me a huge loss and they response was sorry for any inconvenience
They 're not responsible for your hard worked money they will take it away and throw you out at anytime they want
So please listen and stay away from this unreliable broker
