This better than other languages versions, but there stupid things, too.
The raindeers,first of all: it's a giveaway valid only for UK Residents, but if u are not, u cannot hide these deers and if you won by mistake, you are not able to win the prize.
There are also some deals which are fake or with no sense, but the community is much much better then others (for example the italian one)

Update after sending multiple emails to try and reactivate my account they are just simply ignoringme.
They have banned me for accusing me of having multiple accounts which is totally untrue!
I have emailed the support team who will not help and have told me that I wont be reinstated!
I only have one email address and one username so they are treating me very unfairly and to back up the other reviews the user experience has been ruined by harsh and unreasonable moderators!
The owners need to take a good look at their staff.
I can’t use the app or website now as can’t login I am furious!

The NSFW filter they claim to use is IRRELEVANT as it does not default to ON!!! Search "Lovehoney" as a non registered user and it will bring up,deals such as "Lovehoney Time to Shine Realistic Pearlescent Dildo 6 inch" NONE are headed NSFW!! Other "deals" on this FAMILY FRIENDLY site say:
"30% off of Rabbits @ Lovehoney: I know how much you lot love a buzzing deal (lol) Great offer on some of their top selling rabbits. Might be a nice valentines gift for your partner/self/work collegue/gran?"
HOW IS THAT FAMILY FRIENDLY??? As usual, their inconsistency is plain to see, why are they allowing effectively adult pictures and associated smutty comments THEIR site rules say that you do not allow objectification of others?
You ask for my ideas on how you can improve the site? How about getting all the staff together and deciding what direction you want to go in and get EVERYBODY on the same page, at least then you would be consistently wrong!

An insight into HUKD

Where to start? The moderation and shady behind-the-scenes deals going on here has gone off the rails.I noticed over time that the deals were becoming more and more niche, they were the same deals from the same retailers coming from the same posters every time. I started looking into it, but of course found no luck on the website itself as any discussion of this was deleted and censored. Here's a quote from them in a reply to another reviewer on Trustpilot:
"- There are no 'fake' votes, whether up or down. Every registered member can vote once on each deal. Some members (staff and non-staff) have higher voting weight based on longevity and prior contribution. But again, there is no way we can 'fix' this and we have absolutely no desire to.
- hukd team"
There we have it, whether they intended to or not, they've just spilled the beans and stuck their foot in their mouths. Certain people on their website "staff and non-staff" have higher privileges and voting rights over regular members, so what are the 'weighting' of their votes exactly? Does a staff member have the voting strength of 10 people, 50 people, 100 people? We don't know, and this mechanism is ripe for abuse if it isn't being abused already.
Second, the censorship. Looking at the deals themselves I hoped some light would be shed, but I'm met with a very unnatural comment section that looks strongly filtered. The comments are mostly people talking about the deal being good and how they are thinking of buying the product with very little criticism or reflection. Now I tried to tackle this and say that a specific hot deal was selling at RRP, and looking at the timeline of the products' price it was actually standard; my comment was deleted for being "unhelpful", yikes, third red flag.
I didn't challenge this and made another comment on an AMD CPU, I asked if the specs was much better against older versions such as the FX-8350 as the price point might not be worth it. Comment removed. Why? Because I was going off topic apparently and derailing the comment thread. All of my comments then from there on out were pre-moderated before they could see the light of day and 80% of the time were deleted for ambiguous reasons, 4th red flag.
There's other examples but this review is getting quite long. The whole thing is looking a lot more 'North Korean' every day where there's nothing but plastic fruit in the windows and you're left standing there going "come on, really, where's the real fruit?" The moderation has been kicked into overdrive and I'm pretty good at doing my research, and a lot of the 'hot' deals on there day to day are not deals, they're RRP, and the whole thing is now closely resembling the ads on my Facebook and Instagram feeds.
The fact that they stated above "there is no way we can 'fix' this and we have absolutely no desire to." says a lot, they're aware of the issues but they don't care to change them. Look I understand that it's a free service and that they need to make money, but what they're doing is illegal and need to state whether a deal is sponsored or not in some way, and you need to be upfront to users whether a deal is boosted or not which can easily be done by a method shown above with 'weighted voting privileges'.
There's lots more to be said here, and I think that this was once a good site, but somewhere along the way they realised just how much money they could make off of their user base and became shady, corrupt and disingenuous. Do your own research for deals and don't trust this site anymore, that's all I can really end this on.
PS - they keep getting this review removed despite myself describing genuine experiences. It's a shame that trustpilot kneels to this company.
Edit: in response to HUKD teams, that still doesn't give much transparency into your practises. It's all well and good stating that your practises are genuine and by the policy guidelines, but there's no accountability going on. If you at least attempted to investigate these things or admit that something could be afoul, then I could take these responses more seriously. Also, my account has been deleted so providing the name would be of little use now.

If I were to leave a review on the Mods ability to BLOCK accounts, in ALL fairness it would have to be 5*,THAT and the ability to cover their ASSES when they screw up, and they do...often. It's CLEARLY down to an issue with my IP ADDRESS, so I guess I'm going to have to fall back on PLAN B, and connect via my MOBILE DATA
MY BAN? (blocks actually...5 or 6 in the last few days alone) started with a review of HUKD MODS...ON THIS VERY (Trustpilot) SITE, something HUKD Mods got very upset over...HAPPY DAYS
BUT IMAGINE?
You are FORBIDDEN from even talking about a Mod, the ACTIONS of a Mod, ANYTHING abOUT a Mod, and that is (kinda) understandable, given they ARE (some anyway) a bunch of BRAIN dead HUMOURLESS NUMPTIES... ON THE HUKD SITE Oh, um did I forget to mention POWER MAD? but this is NOT the HUKD site, it's the Trustpilot site, but it would seem you/we are ALSO forbidden from saying ANYthing negative (negative yet honest) about then...ANYWHERE
Oh, btw...it is obvious that said NUMPTIES (hukd Mods) do get to read these reviews, so this HONEST review will now be CUT N PASTED ready to be posted elsewhere, should HUKD object, or NO Trust Trustpilot does, on behalf of them.

This used to be a sharing community for everyone but nowadays too much censorship.Comments were removed constantly to a point that seems to be no point to comment anymore
Below just one of the examples:
