Rotten. Got Viveport Infinity trial. Unsubscribed immediately by cancelling the ongoing payment renewal on their site.Surprise ... Money came off anyway. £107.98. "Sorry we can't issue a refund"..... WHAT!?? .... in this current climate, when everyone is struggling, you can't display any kindness? They steal my money (I did cancel AS SOON AS I ACCEPTED TRIAL) then they don't have the integrity to refund ... how hard is it to show decency and compassion to a customer when the world is in crisis. If they had taken a month of payment and refunded the rest that would have been a fair compromise ... but no ... this greedy cynical company take a years worth of charges for a service I told them I wouldn't be using. Greedy, useless, unsavoury, mercenary weasels!! Guys, don't even sign up for the trial.... you'll get stung .... stung bad!

NB: When, on their website, it doesn't say that stuff is out of stock, and lets you add it to a cart and order it and all,that it is entirely possible that that is what we normal people in the rest of the world term...a lie.
Placed an order on the13th of August, received no confirmation. Patiently waited two weeks (be patient, we're in the middle of a pandemic, after all), emailled HTC to discover parts are not expected till the middle of September! I can expect delivery before October! Yippee!

BY FAR the worst company I have dealt with in the past 15 years. Christoper Collett who claims to bethe head of Customer Services is the most incompetent and rude staff I have come across and you can see why HTC is struggling when they employ people like him. My phone blew up and it was clearly a manufacturers fault. It took HTC numerous months to admit fault and repair the phone. They sent me the phone back with no charger and they owed me compensation for losses incurred which they agreed to pay but then later changed their mind. Chris has now closed the case saying no further action will be taken. I hope this company ceases trading and stop manufacturing phones or even providing a service for that matter. It's the staff that make the company what it is and that is clearly reflected at HTC.

Faulty HTC U12 with the volume button not working. Volume goes right up for no reason.Can not use the phone for music while walking as the volume keeps going right up as soon as the phone is in the pocket. Sometimes the volume goes right up when the phone is actually not touched at all. I have been buying HTC phone since the very first ONE they have made. Always been happy until this one. The engineer who is responsible for this fault should not be allowed to work at all. What a real shame! Customer service said they can't help because the phone comes from Taiwan. Could not believe this. Anyway, I hope HTC will not produce anymore phones ever again.

Hands down, the worst customer service I have ever recieved and I have dealt with numerous companies across different industries.The staff lack intelligence and have no clue how to resolve a problem. After 3 months of emails and phonecalls back and forth, I asked for the complaint to be escalated and got a call from Christopher Corlett who was apparently Head of Europe. He failed to resolve the issue and was rude in every phone call. I asked for his email address and he gave me the wrong one each and every time. When I told him that I kept receiving delivery failures he stopped responding to me and 1 year later the complaint is still ongoing and the customer service staff do not have the ability to read through previous messages which is their daily job. My HTC One blew up and caused my charger to blow too. I lost all my data and HTC refused to repair it despite knowing full well that it was a manufacuring defect. Will never go anywhere near a HTC again.
