They are robbing me. They are taking money from my account every month even though I haven’t used the camera in a year.I’m not sure I even have the thing anymore. They’ve removed the option to cancel the subscription on my account and neither David nor Oliver not anyone from Hubble will respond to my emails. Absolute thieves.

I had one Motorola security camera which I stopped using 9 months ago but I forgot that I had asubscription for remote monitoring for it through Hubble Connected who charged me for another year of monitoring today. I contacted them immediately to cancel the subscription but they refuse to refund the money they charged for a year if a service I don’t need and don’t use. They say they sent me an email reminder a month ago but I have no record of receiving it.

Bought a camera (FOCUS86) that advertised that you could view the live stream on your computer.I do not have a smart phone so that's why I bought it. After getting it setup with the help of a friend's smart phone, I could not view it through the web. Chatted with support and they told me that feature was discontinued three months prior and I could NOT return it. They also said I should have called them before buying it to confirm each and every advertised feature was still available. Ain't nobody got time for that!!! Worst customer service experience ever. Ghad damn scam if you ask me.

Rip off. Bought it and it was average in performance but then they introduced charges and so not for me.I dont pay for poor service and plenty of other competitors doing a better job with no subscription. So my
money goes to a decent supplier.

I have the Comfort85connect and love it. The image is great on the parent unit and the app has never let me down.This is game changer on busy days when you need eyes in the back of your head to help with the little ones. I have recommended HubbleConnected to everyone I know.

They are terrible! Avoid this company. We tried to return our product because we realize we bought the wrong camera.We even told them we still wanted to purchase from them still because we bought the wrong camera. We were going to purchase an even more expensive camera but just wanted to return the one that we bought on accident. Bernardo was our customer service supervisor that we were speaking with and was horrible! He told us that because we were missing one small protective film layer on the camera so we couldn’t return it. Even if we were able to they were still going to charge us a 15% restocking fee. Just a joke! Go to any other company for your baby monitor needs.

Great for working out and travel! I recently got the Tech3 Wireless Headphones while looking for a pair of convertible Bluetooth earbuds I could use on planes,and I love the different options for wearing. Battery life is great, and the earbuds charge pretty fast. I love wearing these for working out because you can take one of the earbuds out and the playback doesn’t pause, and they come with a sport loop which is handy when running/working out. These were easy to pair with my phone, and the Bluetooth and voice commands work really well. Overall very satisfied, these are my go-to earbuds for everything

please see review of hubble connect which I have now posted on the internet which read:
I took out asubscription with Hubble connect in good faith because they had a good reputation
BE WARNED
THEY WILL TAKE MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT AND AGREEMENT
In the small rent in their terms and agreement which is pages long they say that they will take automatic repayment unless you cancel
they also promise to notify you beforehand but they do NOT require confirmation that you have read their notice.
In my case their reminder was sent to my old email address.
I am now in a position where I have paid £29.04 for an annual subscription for my Hubble Camera which covers me until December 2020. Yet that subscription has been cancelled and therefore the camera can not be used and is a useless piece of junk.
I have bought many items over the years from Binatone and Motorola this is the first time I have dealt with Hubble connect.
It will be the last time I deal with any of these companies.
For the sake of £29.04 they have lost all future custom from me and anyone I speak to online or in the church or anywhere I go.
They have not only lost a custom they have lost all integrity and their reputation.
It is sad to create bad custom at such times when companies are floundering for business and survival.
I had a simaler problem with a company called Setanta who did the same thing to many customers and despite warnings they collapsed.
Hubble say they are based in Hong Kong but I can assure you that when their business goes into liquidation it will not be because of the political or financial climate.
It will be because of their reputation and how they mistreat customers.
I will in 2021 be need a new camera and many other electrical items but I will make a point of avoiding these companies and would advise everyone to do likewise
