If I could I wouldn’t rate not even 1! They charged my account after canceling my account 2 months ago and turns out the guy had only paused it!I didn’t agree to this! I called and basically said too bad we took you’re money even if you don’t use them or send em back we’re keeping it! THIS IS RIDICULOUS! Worst company ever! Just to save my self some money I ended up with nothing in my account oh and did I mention I never received the first order I was fully charged for!??! HUBBLE GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!

I used these contacts for about a year, no issues. Then two months ago, I received an order that actually made my vision worse.I inserted the contacts ( like I've done for about 40 years), and couldn't see the tub clearly from my bathroom sink ( about 6' away). Tried another one. Same problem. Tried the pack for the other eye - same problem. Contacted customer service and they sent a replacement box. Tried the replacement box - SAME PROBLEM AGAIN in both eyes. Immediatly decided I'd rather pay more from the eye doctor than go blind from a manufacturing defect or goodness knows what.

So drying, make my eyes itchy/grainy

Got the £1 trial pack and was later charged £15 for a 2 week subscription which I hadn't consented to.These contacts are SO drying, make my eyes very itchy/grainy and I can't last more than 6 hours with them in, despite using extra eye drops for dryness/irritation. For context, I've been wearing contact lenses (Acuvue Moist) for 3 years and have never had any issues or needed drops. Would absolutely not recommend.

I ordered the contacts for a pound thinking I will give them a try two different strengths as my eyesights different in both eyes!They are cheap for a reason get your contacts from a proper opticians rather than these it’s not worth it! They also sign you up for a monthly subscription without you realising but you can email them and cancel or change the date so they cannot deliver them I changed it straight away before they arrived to 2098 incase I forgot.
