The dress is probably amazing, the thing that was super disappointing was customer service.You couldn’t reach anybody, not through email, especially not over the phone. The closest I got to talking to somebody was through Instagram but even then they were so vague.read more

I’ll never be ordering from I.Am.Gia again as they use DHL to ship to Canada. DHL always charges an administrative fee,in this case amounting to an additional $20 ON TOP of the regular (understandable) customs fees. Overall, I would have paid an approximate additional $42 on a $102.00CAD purchase. The HST and Canada customs were approximately $22, so DHL is scamming which I am Gia uses to ship. STAY AWAY it is NOT worth it Canadians!!!!!

I received a top with a broken zip and was told it was not a manufacturing fault so they could not doanything about it apart from offering a $10 AUD refund which is literally only 10% of the price I paid for the top and was told to fix it myself. The only other option they gave me was to return the top however this would be costly for me since I live outside Australia. Why should I pay for a faulty item as a customer? I did not even receive an apology for this fault and don't understand why resending the top was not a proposed option. Furthermore when I originally contacted them with clear photo evidence of the fault they kept demanding more evidence and took days to respond. It was almost like they thought I was lying. I even had to contact them on instagram just to get a response. On top of their poor customer service and lack of respect for customers the quality of the clothes does not reflect the price. Previously I have received other faulty items and even received the wrong sizes. I.am.gia is without doubt one of those brands that prioritise influences and do not value actual customers.read more
