We started the business out of a passion for contemporary cutting-edge design and the desire to produce and deliver the best products in the field of LED (light emitting diode) Mirrors. Today we offer the highest quality LED illuminated mirrors in the market, hold the biggest inventory and proud to say we have the happiest customers in the industry. Our manufacturing facility is based in China and we have warehouse and distribution centers in Montreal, Canada and New York, U.S.A.

We purchased two 60" x 40" Galaxy mirrors and a 48" x 28" Galaxy medicine cabinet.All were beautifully packed for shipping in wooden crates, then double cardboard boxed with thick foam padding. The corners of the crates were even reinforced with metal plates.
The provided Z-bracket mounting system is superb. The medicine cabinet uses two shorter Z type brackets. Take the time to make sure your walls are dead flat so the mirror frames hang flush against the walls with no gaps. With the medicine cabinet lay a strait-edge across the face of the brackets to ensure they are in the same plane. If you have even slightly wavy walls the brackets won't be perfectly parallel and the cabinet make not seat perfectly. Should that happen you may get an unpleasant surprise when you open the doors the first time. Don't ask me how I know.
In conclusion, everything about this product, the company, the people, the service is superb. Marilena was great.
These are the Rolls Royce of LED mirrors and cabinets. As a GC, I'll be buying more of these in the future.

Disappointed. If you’re looking for a lighted mirror, look elsewhere. I intentionally ordered two of a particular size mirror online.When I looked at the confirmation email, the size was incorrect. I reached out to CS and they were quick to correct the size. Received correct size mirrors, no problem there. We installed the mirrors and noticed one of the mirrors did not have the correct lighting. Contacted customer service. We had to take down the mirrors to take pictures of the SKUs on each...kind of a pain after all the effort that went in to install them. It was determined that one of the mirrors was defective, CS put a claim in and we were sent a new lighting package that we have to install. Okay, I thought, it seems appropriate to ask for a discount on the defective mirror, especially considering we have to replace the lighting package ourselves or pay to have it done. Anything would have been appreciated. Instead I received these responses. Basically that I am lucky I wasn’t charged for the additional shipping when the correct size mirrors were sent. Even though I was super careful to choose the correct size I wanted...but maybe I screwed up. What really did it for me was the following copy and paste nonsense “ I hope your week is going well so far. I spoke internally with my team to see if I could do anything additional for you, and they referred me to our company policy (in the FAQ section of our website) which reads:
The 5-Year Warranty covers all electronic components including LEDs, shaver points, sensors, drivers, ballasts, and demisters (anti-fog feature), but excludes any cosmetic damage to the mirror glass. If necessary, we will send out replacement components to you immediately, free of charge. These will be provided with easy to follow fitting instructions to replace parts. However, please note that if you employ an electrician costs incurred will be at your expense.
Per this policy, we do not assume responsibility or cover costs for any installation measures taken; we only supply the parts and the how-to video. Because of this, I am not able to offer you any additional discounts.
Please let me know if you have any questions.”
Geez, thank you so much for sending us free replacement parts on a brand new mirror. I found this all very off putting.
As far as the lighted mirrors, they are nice enough. For the price I wish I had spent more time looking and found a touch lighted mirror. These mirrors have clunky remotes that aren’t attractive or easy to hide.
