Great products, shocking customer service. Loyal Icebreaker customer for over 4 years.First time contacting Icebreaker Customer Service: three short simple emails, all replied to by Miguel with no answer to a simple, repeated enquiry re Reward Scheme (no reward) & a/c , forwarded (escalated) to Catarina - a manager, who asked to repeat the enquiry ('complaint') again? 8 emails total (incl replies), zero helpful replies or progress.

Very long delivery times for UK

So ordered two items on 8/5 for my husband's birthday on 15/5 thought that would be plenty of time for delivery.Got an email confirming that it was on its way on Monday. Today I have queried as Yodel are still saying they haven't received to deliver. So I called their customers services as still awaiting a reply from my email who said goods won't be with me till around the 18/5. So too late for my husband's birthday. I ordered direct from the supplier thinking that was the best thing to do but would have been better to order from Cotswolds who offer next day delivery.

Icebreaker just can't do retailing. Makes great products but can't sell them directly,every order I have placed had some issue and none were solved with one contact to customer service.

I ordered a Tshirt for my son but too large. Thus returned it. Having paid with a £60 voucher this has not been returned despite phone assurances.Now my account has no points at all. Not impressed with customer service. No replies to emails either. Will not buy again and I have bought much stuff before.

I have had a very positive experience! I LOVE my pure merino zip neck top. It is light, but warm.I bought it for my runs but have been wearing it for walks, pilates, and other occasions because it fits and feels so wonderful. I don't get sweaty in it at all. A fleece would give me clammy damp skin. Not this top! The top also arrived when they told me it would. I had ordered a second top to compare fits and returned that with absolutely no problems. Great communication about every step and refund issued promptly. I would definitely buy from Icebreaker again!

I ordered a layer zipped top for my husband and paid via PayPal. Fantastic I thought a few days later I got a message from PayPal informing me that my mineshaft been refunded by icebreaker.No explanation from icebreaker why they did not send me the product that I paid for.

Large care label in seam on reversible hat!

I bought a reversible lightweight hat. I was somewhat surprised to see that a large care label had been sewn into the seam.I contacted customer care and asked how to remove the label without splitting the seam. They suggested cutting it as close as I could to the seam! Can they not understand that there will still be some label visible therefore rendering the item useless as a reversible hat!
