Unable to Submit Application to Invest

Thursday 6th May and Friday 7th and 10th 'Submit application not currently available'.Friendly staff say all due to computer problems, so I said phone me when computer problems resolved. Cathy phoned 11th May and said all OK so 4th attempt still not available so called again and Stuart said IT department still having problems and he will call me when fixed.
Very frustrating and time wasting, might try another platform any thoughts much appreciated.read more

I can’t log into my account as some of my details like phone number are wrong for some inexplicablereason so I rang ii to query this and got a very polite and extremely helpful gentleman called Kiyani , he was very patient and seemed to have sorted my problem .. thanks Kiyani , hope the letter arrives soon !read more
