This is the first time I'm buying from Jing, I took a gamble on their clothes, cuz their models are beauty,images look very high-end. a lot of companies clothing seems to sometimes be way different quality than what’s pictured, but I was very happy this is not the case when I received my sweater! It is thick, very soft and cozy! I can’t wait to cuddle up with this in the near-ending winter and early-spring months. The quality is excellent. It’s not cheap or thin. It is an oversized fit.

I don't buy clothes online often, furthermore, this is my first time buying clothes on the internet.I live in the Netherlands and the US is pretty far for me. It took 20 days (with covid in mind), I sent them an email and they kindly replied. Good customer service. When my package came I was very surprised. Everything looks so valuable, the packaging design and clothes had a good quality. I loved the jeans and shirt I bought it was exactly like the description and they were very comfortable. The same color and size as well. You need to know your own size and body that is what makes jing good as well. They want you to feel comfortable and they even have a size measurement slider (how did it fit). I know that my size is always xs when it comes to shirts of sometimes with pants I go for a bigger size because my hips are a little wider. Very cute I feel bold, romantic, and beyond the trend ;)

I'm incredibly disappointed with my shopping experiences with J.ING. After receiving items from my first purchase,I immediately returned them because I was not satisfied with the quality. At that time, because of COVID-19, it took up to 14 days for refunds to be processed. After waiting more than 14 days, I had to contact them to process my refund. When I received items from my second purchase, I was incredibly disgusted by the quality. There were hundreds of loose threads coming out of a dress that cost me around $100. I returned the dress in mid-December and still haven't received my refund for it yet, as it now takes UP TO 3 WEEKS now to process refunds. It has been more than 4 weeks at this point. I sent several emails asking to start processing the refund and a majority of them have been ignored. I filed a dispute with PayPal, which caught their attention. Within hours of filing the dispute, J.ING asked me to cancel the case, promising to process the refund "right away" (their words). As of today, they still have not done so.
It is disgusting how overpriced their clothing is for the quality, how terrible and shady their customer service is, and how they use the pandemic to their advantage to continue to hold customer's refunds.

I am satisfied with many of the items that I received except their sweaters. The material is really cheap for the price I paid.I left sincere reviews for the items but only the good reviews showed up and none of my negative reviews appeared. Very disappointed. I love their style but their dishonesty is just unacceptable!!!!!

Placed an order which was “lost by the carrier” despite tracking never going further than pre-shipment.I contacted them about it and when I finally got a response from them they gave no apology and offered to reship or store credit. No refund lol. Avoid fam
