BUYER BEWARE! As many have explained before me they will find every way possible to not honor your legitimate insurance claim.I received an empty package and they said it was my fault because I was not the person who signed for the package. Their claims department does not pick up the phone and they send you generic email responses. BUYER BEWARE!!

BEWARE. of this companies terms and conditions. They will try to rob you with their terms if something goes wrong.If you order a product and it is not delivered properly be prepared to jump through many hoops. They will not make reimbursement easy. They require you to first notify them within 2 days of any issue. If you don't, you lose your money. If you do they will then say they will start a claim and ask you to file a police report. Filing a police report requires a crime. In this case stolen property. If you provide them with a police report, they will deny your claim as under their terms and conditions it does not cover stolen property. This policy sets the customer up for denial of the claim, which is a very frustrating loophole that serves JM Bullion at the expense of the customer. Do not waste your time with their requests, just go to the post office and get a letter from the postmaster that confirms mis delivery. I did this and JM Bullion still denied my claim and refused to call me back or give me any proper explanation. On the phone somebody would say a manager from claims would call me, nobody ever called. I dealt with bad communication and stone walling the whole time. Don't make my mistake, focus on the post office and see if they will reimburse you. In my case to much time had elapsed dealing with JM Bullion that the post office could no longer open a claim. JM Bullion puts a lot of burden on the customer, probably in hopes of wearing them out with the ultimate goal of being able to keep the customers money without providing a product. I have ordered many many products from this company with no problems because everything went right. If anything goes wrong BEWARE. I will not be supporting this business going forward nor recommending it to anyone as I once did. I gave them 428 bucks and received nothing for it but a massive headache and a lot of wasted time trying to resolve it.

JMB IS A SCAM. BEWARE OF THEIR FRAUD.
I painstakingly arranged a silver buyback from JMB,this with a guaranteed value. Note i'm in CA and they in Texas. Five phone calls, pics of all items, using three reps from JMB, all seemingly inexperienced. I questioned the transaction but decided to proceed. Silver was mailed to JMB as directed, packaged and wrapped. A fourth rep now handling the transaction placed a lesser value on the silver, 25% less. Fraud.
Discussion now was only frustrating. I refused the new lower valuation and demanded all be shipped back with same care as previous. JMB returned the silver however nothing was packaged in sleeves as before, only loosely placed in bags and now scratched. The bullion was fine condition until JMB's shipping, now good at best. Twenty coins were replaced with lesser value similar coins, all were fine now some are not.
This is thief. The previous is fraud.
I would sue this legally challenged BS company but its hardly worth the expense to appear at a small claims court in Texas, and seek damages but not additional costs... plane fare and hotel expense, loss of wages.
Stear clear of this unethical business.
Beware they are crooks.

WARNING!!! Please do not ignore all the NEGATIVE reviews that are written here. THEY ARE ALL TRUE!!!This company is a SCAM. It's my first time to buy gold from this company. I thank God that I controlled myself not to buy more just to try how this company works. Unfortunately, they are not trustworthy and seems to operate on a delivery fraud kind a system. Yes, they will slap you with a proof of delivery that its been delivered however, the address was wrong. I gave them my right address but honestly I did not received anything. This are precious metals, even though they try to camouflage it, it should require signature for validity. Now I realized the reason they don't need signature because they know how the process of delivery works without proper security...it's intentional! They will keep insisting to you that they have a record that its been successfully delivered but to the wrong address? Although you gave them the right address they will hold you accountable that it was placed at the wrong house and not yours. Another thing, their process of clearing and making sure you have funds in the account is quite suspicious as well. Once the check is cleared there's no effort whatsoever to secure proper delivery of your order...you're on your own. I even wonder if the product is truly in the package. Since I did not receive mine there's no way of knowing that it's there. They will send you an email for formality but beware they will trap you on the number of days it was shipped to the days you supposed to receive the order. I waited and waited and nothing showed at my doorstep. When I went to file a police report, the officer was surprised why there's no signature required. These are precious metals you can't just have them dropped off anywhere. He felt bad for me and suggested a better company instead since he does precious metals investment as well. I myself felt so bad that I fell for their scam and knowing more people have the same issues I think this need immediate attention. They are thief! DON'T FALL ON THE POSITIVE REVIEWS that you read. Their rating is average to bad and I know more customers out there have had the same experience but couldn't do anything. I did some research before posting here and to my surprise the majority of their complaints are delivery issues. If they are not willing to compensate the customers that they victimized we should not stop keep filing complains against them. We deserve to get our hard earned money back or get the product(s) that belongs to us. Don't deal with this company anymore. They don't deserve honest people doing business with them. They spend so much on their advertising so that they can lure you and get victimize by them.

Do not buy -difficult to deal with -as soon as they get your money -you are thrown to the wind.They use UPS who drop packages off on the road, return them back to the Nevada shipper and these guys take their sweet time. I wish Amazon shipped gold. This company JM bullion and its shippers are not qualified to even sell dog food or rat bait which I get with better service. I hope you keep your money and not use this company . I had to file a complaint with BBB to get any action from them.
They have a genius -David Chavin who investigates claims for them -he does not know the half of an investigation -tracked half my package and closed my claim -Again, not qualified to sell even dog food.

I paid for my item. It got lost in the mail. The post office paid jm bullion the insurance claim.Jm bullion then denied my claim, after having me sign the declaration page, the legal document stating what was lost for the post office. Jm bullion got paid twice for the items i never recieved. That is stealing! I do not recommend ordering anything from them. They stole from me, they might steal from you.

Cancel orders when price rise then withheld funds

Order -3641663 was paid with bank transfer on 4-13 and the price of gold gone up by close to 100 during the next 10 days.On the 8th day i was told there's a billing/shipping address issue, and I contacted them to verify the addresses ( I bank with a california credit union and live in california and somehow they came up with a washington state address for me )
fast forward on 4-22, my order was canceled due to their internal review . i called them up and see when I will get the refund ... their billing department to ask me do an ach reversal with my bank, for a transaction that I AUTHORIZED. clearly these people have no idea ach transfer isnt the same as debit/credit card where I cannot just simply claim the good/service not received then reverse the charges.
To anyone that wish to try out JM Bullion just save yourself some headache and search for another dealer. After price rises they canceled your order, then ask you to dispute an authorized transaction as items not received to your bank. I ended up calling my bank and dispute the charges after JM Bullion held the funds for over 10 days.
