Love the clothes

Reviewed on 2021-05-29T01:59:27

Love the clothes , I’ve purchased so many items from them and 9/10 of them are amazing .But their customer service is awful . I feel like they are so stuck up and rude and just not nice if you’re not a celebrity or something I don’t know how to describe it just their vibe is so awful . I love their clothing but it makes me not want to buy anything from them anymore . Who ever is behind their Instagram is not nice .

Confused about the terrible…

Reviewed on 2021-05-15T01:36:59

Confused about all the 1 star reviews. The quality of the clothes is great. At least all the items I ordered were.I saw some reviews mention items pilling, which is common with certain fabrics. Some reviews mentioned the company not accepting returns of USED items that developed holes, up to FOUR MONTHS LATER! No company would do that. Once you wear it that's it, no returns. Pretty standard of any retailer. Holes can happen to knits if you're not careful, and if 4 months have already gone by it was likely your own fault. Businesses would lose so much money if they excepted returns of every item a customer damaged even months later. I had a small issue with an item I bought, brand new right out of the package, and they're fully taking care of it. They respond very fast to emails and are super polite. Just as you'd expect from great customer service.

Nice but NOT worth the money.

…especially if you live in Canada in which you will need to pay for taxes and duties. You are better off buying the cozy fleece BF crop sweater from Aritzia at half the price and waaaaay better quality. Aritzia also has free shipping over $50 and comes with a return label.

Where to begin. Initially I was in love with this brand but after several other purchases I will no longer be purchasing from them.Terrible customer service. From both the B2C and B2B side of things. Quality is in inconsistent among items. Returns are a hassel. Overpriced when comparing to similar brands/quality. do your self a favor and buy from Aritzia or Meshki and get better pricing, quality, and amazing customer service.

I was hesitant to order from this site…

I was hesitant to order from this site because of all the poor reviews but Im so glad I did anyways!Obsessed. The material is very well made and good quality not cheap at all like other reviews have said. I got multiple items to try expecting to return a few but loved them all. Highly recommend.

Don't waste your money

Reviewed on 2021-04-28T23:43:08

I have been following Joah Brown for some time now and have (obviously) been totally entranced by their marketing and portrayal of their clothes.I love basics for women and have been waiting to buy from them. I spent a lot of money buying a number of the tanks and crops and tights which are very high prices so I assumed they would be good quality as i don't mind paying for quality. They arrived and the quality is so poor I was shocked that they have prices that high. The black tights were terrible and were uncomfortable and poorly made. I can tell the material won't last in the wash. Unfortunately for Joah Brown they will not get repeat customers and word gets around so they are digging their own grave by not being honest or providing a reasonable quality for the price tag. Instead they are profiteering here. Very disappointed in a brand I had high hopes for.

Absolutely terrible quality

Absolutely terrible quality. Obviously being bought for pennies and sticking their label on it.Thin material that wore through after a couple wears and I am VERY gentle on my clothing. Wouldn't pay $5 for this quality.

Trash

Reviewed on 2021-04-26T04:33:42

Trash. Everything looks cute but the quality sucks. Their customer service sucks. The prices are outrageous.I’ve purchased a few items hoping the next item will be better than the last because I love the simplicity of their style. But alas, everything I’ve gotten from them falls apart or is all stretched out looking and worn within weeks of buying it.
