Here's my experience...this is 7/10/20 website chat dialogue with Joyrideharness: On 7/6/20 I inquired about the status of my order.I was told that I would be contacted in 24-48 hours. Today is 7/10/20 and no one from your company has contacted me. I also sent two emails regarding status of my order. I haven't rec'd reply email with status. I called about status of my order and no one answered the phone. Yesterday, after reading numerous BAD reviews about your company, I registered a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. I also filed a dispute with my credit card company for the two charges on my credit card dated 6/18/20. DO NOT SEND the items that I ordered on 6/18/20...DON'T WANT THEM! STOP blaming COVID-19 for your horrible customer service department. I have rec'd orders from other companies shipped thru Fedex with no delays. I hope all your customers that have been subjected to your HORRIBLE customer service department will register a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission at 1-877-382-4357.

Wow. I ordered two harnesses from this company and despite the website promise to ship within 3 - 5 days,I had to ask about my order a month later. I then canceled the order when I realized they hadn't even shipped it yet. The company told me it couldn't be canceled because it had already been shipped, however they couldn't provide me with a tracking number for two more days. yeah, right. Of course in the meantime, I bought something locally and told them again to cancel the order but now they magically had a tracking number and told me I could always return them if I wanted.
Now, I go back to their site to fill out the return paperwork and it costs me $7.95 to send back the order that THEY screwed up. Horrible customer service and the harness is WAY too big and clunky for small dogs ( I have two 10-lb'ers that this was supposed to be perfect for). Back to Chewy.com where the products are as advertised and the customer service is great.

I placed my order for the Joyride harness March 2 and received it today, March 12.It was shipped via FedEx and the delivery completed by USPS. I think there surely is a more expedient way to ship??? I paid extra to get it quick. It didn't come quick.
On to the product, It is Very Nice! It is attractive and very well constructed. I have just walked my pooch with it once but I can see that it will work great to control her tendency to pull hard without hurting her. I ordered it on the recommendation of a dog owner I met at the park and I must say I am very satisfied. From what I can see they are a small company and need to work on some logistics of product delivery but, I would order another one and recommend it to my friends. Again...very nice product. Thanks!

DONT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH THEM ASKING FOR YOUR ORDER.They dont email back no matter how many times you send them an email. I have to message them through facebook and they said they having a delay because they dont have any in-stock on their warehouse, why sell if they dont have any in-stock. Its almost a month and nothing yet. They delete and filtered all the comments on facebook and they will stop you for sending comment to other people so you cant comment and tell people how this company is horrible, they can even block you. Dont ever purchase from this company not worth your time and money!

I purchased 3 harnesses $107 on Feb 9,2020; today is Feb 24th.
I’ve tried calling, emailing, & instant message with NOTHING! No response & no shipping expected emails.
I’m calling my credit card to report as fraud!
