I ordered my hair on 5/19 it is saying… I ordered my hair on 5/19 it is saying processing still it isonly been two days but I have emailed them and sent messages through their chat which say they are online but no response but before I ordered and sent a message they responded promptly therefore it just doesn’t sit right with me about this company. I would like to know how long the processing take before my hair would be shipped I need it for and event soon and when I saw fast shipping that is why I ordered but I am about to call my bank and cancel this order if I don’t hear anything soon!!!!!!

I purchased a wig about 3 weeks ago. Shipping took almost 2 weeks. Within 15 minutes of receiving the wig I tried to contact the company to "be allowed" to return the wig.It had no tag (which is something that they say they require for a return), and it did not look like the photo in that it is more bushy than wavy. No one answered my call. Text messages and emails went unanswered for a week. Finally someone sent me a text and mid-conversation they just stopped communicating and I've heard nothing since. What kind of a company is this? They have a 30 day return window so I'm guessing the plan is to just ignore me until the 30 days have expired. I would not recommend anyone buy anything from these people.
