Ordered a few items, they have never been received. On request for feedback, you get sent a tracking number for the item being shipped a MONTH after purchase.A month later and still nothing, so its been two month since ordered.
Next email will be to request a refund. that, I am guess will never happen based on past reviews that i now wish I had read before ordering!

Ordered on Nov 30 2020 and never received the order but was charged. Sent over 8 email inquiries about my order and no response until I requested a refund.Response received and was told it would take 3-5 business days. This was on March 30, 2021. Today is May 24, 2021. I have yet to receive my refund.
Previously my orders went through but the orders takes a couple of months to be received.
I wouldn’t order from here with the way business is done. Lack of response and months for an order to ship out is not ok.

I’ve been purchasing my stationary and gifts from KPS for years now and never had an issue.Packages do take a while since covid, but they managed to fix some of the delays (for me now sender - Italy takes around 2-3 weeks). I always choose the insurance option, and follow the updates via tracking code. I mostly purchase Kokuyo paper products, BGM washi tapes and stickers, Tombow & Uni Jetstream pens and pencils, etc. and the product quality is always impeccable. Very convenient and affordable prices too, especially considering the free shipping. They have some store-brand items too like washi tapes and notebooks, and those are really good quality and well thought products too.
I contacted their customer service several times because early on the tracking code wouldn’t show up in the ‘your order has been shipped’ email, and they always answered kindly and took suggestions for new/related products (like loose leaf paper refills) to add to their stock.

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. I ordered something that ended up being delivered to a different address.I emailed their customer service hoping I could get a new order issued. Because FedEx shows that my package was delivered, they are refusing to do anything about it. I have sent several emails stating I never received the package but they would rather trust the "proof of delivery" that doesn't show what address it was delivered to. I used FedEx shipping to make sure I would have the insurance if I didn't receive it but they are refusing to honor that. Don't ever buy from this company if you have issues getting packages. Their customer service is terrible and they won't actually do anything to help you if your package gets lost or misdelivered.

Do not order from this shop! If your items are lost in transit you are SOL! I did not receive my items and their refund policy states you must wait 120 days before receiving a refund.I contacted their customer service repeatedly asking for a refund and their response was always "we will issue the refund in 2-5 business days", but I never received a refund. They dragged this out past the 180 days that Paypal allows to dispute a payment.

The items I purchase are usually stationery items - pens, washi tape, stickers, paper. They are adorable.I get lots of comments at work asking where I got my pens/calendars. I have seen a lot of reviews about people not receiving their packages. I know that free shipping is a good deal, but since it is coming from China I choose to spend the extra $10. So far I have not been disappointed. I generally receive my packages in about 5 days via FedEx to USA (East Coast) and can track the package the entire way.

Lost parcel, no communication.

I made an order on 6th January, I was already expecting delays due to the global pandemic going on so I have no issues with that.My delivery was tracked and reported to have been delivered on 23rd January but doesn't say to whom or where, they haven't even been able to tell me which courier my parcel was passed onto when it arrived in UK. At first the tracking said my parcel was in Canada instead of UK, after emailing them they had sent me another tracking number and another parcel or the same one arrived in UK. After that it was said to be delivered and still not received my parcel, I emailed Kawaii Pen Shop, they told me to check my local post offices which I have done, also with neighbours and have had no luck. They then told me that they would investigate on the situation and pass the case to their Senior Manager but I didn't get an update or response for over 2 weeks now. I'm most likely going to just contact my bank about this because they're not looking to communicate and resolve this at all. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
