Very good and easy to use product. Customer service extremely poor. After one month from placing myorder I checked the order status on the website which said it was ready to ship and I'd hear within 48 hours. Nothing heard for one week so I contacted customer service (Sebastian). They replied they couldn't decide which InPost box to send my package to, despite there is no such question on the order form and only one InPost location near my address - not rocket science to decide. I informed Sebastian of the InPost location number and duly received the product 3 days later.
The keyboard stickers are good quality and easy to apply. Unfortunately the Polish Macbook keyboard has the comma (ń) and full stop (ś) keys reversed, so typing comma in Polish results in a full stop and vica versa. I reported this to Sebastian and asked whether it was possible to have corrected stickers just for those two keys. No reply. I waited a week and emailed again. Still no reply. So an eventually rather satisfied customer was turned into an annoyed and frustrated one purely by bad customer service. Disappointing.

SCAM site—you won't receive your items!

I paid for and placed my order on March 24. I contacted Keyshorts support (via the form on their website)on April 16 about the status of my order. The person who replied, Sebastian, said that my order hadn't yet even been produced. I was informed on April 17 that the package would be produced and shipped "within [the] next 4-5 business days." More than 5 business days later, on April 25, I received an email saying that my order had shipped. The tracking information linked therein shows that the parcel wasn't posted until May 5. There's been no update to the tracking information since May 7.
Your help page states that packages will take 2-4 weeks to ship after an item has processed. The page of the item I purchased states that it will take 5-15 business days for the item to be processed. This means that customers can expect to receive the item that I purchased within, at a maximum, 7 weeks (3 weeks for processing, 4 weeks to ship).
Today, May 15, is about 7.5 weeks after I placed my order on March 24. Based on the evidence available to me at this time, I'm comfortable saying that ***this company is a SCAM.***
I hope that the quality of the product is better than that of this company's customer service.

In fact, I replied to Sebasitan's 4/17 message almost immediately. On the same day, I wrote: "Thank you for this update. I can wait for the shipment. Let me know when it's sent (with tracking number, hopefully?)" As I noted in my original review, I never received such a message from Sebastian; I only got an automated one from the shipping company with a tracking number. (Although you claim that you only "just" enabled tracking, it's been available since 4/25.)
I simply want to know when I'll get my package. I don't want a refund, nor do I want a discount. (If I wanted my money back, I wouldn't have placed the order in the first place. Furthermore, why would I ever place another order with your company?) I simply want the items that I ordered within the timeframe quoted to me when I initially placed the order. If you're unable to tell me when I'll receive my original order, please overnight a new parcel to me ASAP.
If you're not a scam company, you should easily be able to tell me when I can expect it to arrive. Again, as far as I’m concerned, this company remains a SCAM.

I dealt with Anna for the most part and she was wonderful. I was very specific with my custom order details and even asked about an unusual order,which to my knowledge, she had not previously received, but was willing to work with me every step of the way. It was clear that Keyshorts is not a business out to squeeze every last cent out of its customers, but actually cares about delivering the best product on the market. This is why I paid this Polish company a higher price for two sets of custom keyboard stickers, instead of 4Keyboard, for example, another company that is based 2 hours away from me in upstate NY. It was worth every cent spent and every day waited. The quality is top-notch and they should expect to hear from me again when I need to add a new language to my keyboards.

For me Keyshorts is the best way, to make you stay by your laptop/computer when you've got work to do.Now I can sit just in front of it, only to contemplate my new keyboard! I was smitten with a fast CPU and SSD, so I foolishly purchased a new laptop with gray type on silver keys.I never made so many typos in my life as when using that keyboard! Applying the custom-made Keyshorts stickers/decals to the keyboard took some time, but I carefully followed the instructions and got very nice results. The size and layout and shape of the stickers is perfect, down to the holes for the light in the caps lock key and the bumps on the home keys. I'm very happy with my purchase.
