I am very frustrated and ended up deinstalling Farm Heroes after many years of playing.I was on a high level; and despite finally winning the level after many tries (and paying for assistance), the game froze and would not proceed to the next level. When I refreshed, it did not put me at the next level, but kept me on the one I had handily beat. I can not continue with a game that I am unable to rely on!!

I have to say love the diversity of the games however as you get into upper levels - the games have become impossible to beat without purchasing more moves and/or extra tools to complete them.Also, the tools to help don't seem to replenish as quickly nor as abundant as before. I play games because I like a challenge but to me these levels are typically an impossibility without spending money.

Appalling customer service. Was raising a simple issue with them and had to deal with no less than 7 different people.Constantly had to repeat myself and something that could have been resolved in 10 minutes took 24 hours. Was also told things to do with my issue could be processed and then, after wasting my time finding and providing evidence for these issues, was then told that they cannot be resolved so pretty much spent the whole day wasting my time with pointless tasks that get you nowhere. If I could give 0 stars I would do!

I have played King Games for several years and enjoyed them very much. Suddenly the games have gotten much harder to win.It gets very boring when you stay on 1 level for weeks and you've used up all your boosters. loved the games for a long time but I'm giving them up.

Soda crush Saga ripped me off when I was offered a special booster package. I purchased it it told me my payment went through,but nothing happened. No boosters. I tried again.....and once again it took my money but no boosters. I immediately stopped playing and contacted the soda crush support. They responded requesting the copies of the transactions, which I provided. I get an email in return saying they saw nothing on their end and I received the boosters. NOPE! That is untrue. IF I had received my booster package then how is it that I was able to request it again? You have to reach a milestone in order for it to be offered. Not only that....there was two purchases a minute or less apart. If that isn't proof enough then there is some fraudulent stuff going on. I have deleted my King games from all of my devices. Never again.

This company overcharges again and again and again. I’ve had enough and I’ve deleted their game.What happens is that you make an in app purchase, but are billed two or three times. When you contact them the computer generated response refers you to Apple. Apple refers you back to King. It’s only small amounts of money, but they all add up. It’s not worth the stress dealing with a fraudulent and untrustworthy company.

The games are alright and somewhat fun to play, at first. Unfortunately, it becomes very obvious how they are rigged to force the player to either,pay money to advance or replay the same level over and over again, trying to move forward. Most of the people I know have finally stopped playing, due to the rigging of the games and the greed of the company.
