Love my kobo. Enjoy overdrive borrowing from libraries. Never read as much as I am now the Clara isa great size love the screen auto light adjustment for my reading.read more

Excellent products! I own 3 different Kobo e-readers and love them all. Have recommended them to friends and family alike without hesitation.My favorite is the Libra H2O. Best combination of form and function for me. Clara and Forma are also excellent. Came from an older B&N Nook, which was ok at best and I don't see myself going back anytime soon. Ability to sort books based on Series order is awesome, and the chapter/page based reading stats are extremely useful.read more

-They give you "often" promo code for purchase but the list of book so limited and small.There is never book in my taste and I read a lot.read more

Terrible service and connectivity issues

I like the device in general but I have two major issues.
1. I cant connect to the device to the kobo software on a new MacBook Air.It doesn't matter whether I use a USB to usb-c cable or an adaptor. The device remains undiscoverable. This is a serious oversight that should be addressed. It is the only device I own which won't connect. At this point it's been over a year since the new MB Airs came out and there has still been no connectivity improvement.
2. When I sought service for the issue the rep was extremely unhelpful. And said I was basically SOL after sending me a chart to figure it out myself after ignoring most of my questions.
I would not recommend the Kobo experience to anyone given these issues.read more
