Payment Failed - Card Charged - Money Stuck for 1 week!

I made a transaction 1 week ago on Koinal and when I paid, Koinal said payment declined,while my bank did sent a confirmation of charge.
I asked Koinal about this and they said there was an error and they are investigating.
My bank provided an authorization code, with which they can claim the funds, since they are in the middle of Koinal payment processor and my bank. A authorization code, will do the job.
But for 1 week they are keep stalling and they do give answers like :
"We are still investigating"
"Our teams are on the issue and we will keep you informed."
"Our tech team is still investigating the backlogs of the transactions. You will be informed as soon as they have any progress."
Their system failed and I'm the only one who loses here. My money is stuck for 1 week because KOINAL doesn't want to claim the funds.
UPDATE :
On the 9th day - Please keep your patience!Unfortunately, our technical team cannot deal with cases because it is weekend.
Issue still not resolved after 9 days!
UPDATE - Issue not resolved after 10 days. (Same "Apologies again, but there is no update yet".)read more
