Konga is fraudulent! They claim to have a return policy, but when you get sub-standard products,they will protect their sellers by blaming the buyer, delaying the return with sily requests, then finally claiming that the return window has closed.read more

I bought a rechargeable fan sumec from konga, it was a bad experience. The fan was bending. Uptill now,i need to make it lay on an heavy objective. I called your customer care agent, he forwarded the number of seller to me that's not professional at all. I guess I bought from konga. I called the seller, number was switched off for days. Anyways, I guess that's my cross now. But I can't pay for any goods I didn't open from your delivery man any longer. If I can't check what I order before payment, than the delivery man can leave. I order for Glass dining table with 6 chairs which they deliver on 21 Nov the person that brought thetable to my place went back to assemble it then he found its was damaged now Konga customer care said the table was well packed hence its got damaged at my place something I bought over 100k, unbelievable!
Please becareful what you order from this company they only interested to take money when something go wrong you'll experience worst service. I'm disappointed on konga.
What investigation did you do before conclusion? Did you contact your team in Asaba and benin to ask details? From my follow-up they're aware of the damaged table, your goods was well packed then it's got damaged at my place when its was still inside original packaging?read more
