I purchased new balance frame plus rodenstock lenses with photochromatic in lenskart store which costed me 15k(buy one get one free offer)on 8th may 2021 . As promised in store rodenstock is the only lenses which offers blue cut plus photochromatic. Since I wanted blue cut plus photochromatic I had no option so I opted rodenstock lenses .
When my FIRST PAIR of glasses was delivered I found that prescription what they delivered was wrong ( I ordered for -2.75 for both eye through store and same was entered by sales representative) but -3 was delivered from lenskart . So I directly returned it through store. When I recieved SECOND PAIR the power was per my order that is -2.75 but I felt that the lenses was ordinary and not rodenstock as i felt strain while using computer and felt there is no blue cut in it also there was no logo of rodenstock (usually rodenstock lenses comes with R logo in the lenses ) and the clarity was also normal so I went to store to confirm and checked if that was blue cut lenses unfortunately I came to know by store that it was not blue cut . This says lenskart is purely cheating its loyal customers . I will never suggest anyone to buy from lenskart specially branded lenses lenskart is a fraud .
When I called customer care they gave me careless reply as if it was not their mistake and they didnt even have the knowledge of lenses.

In last 2.5 months, I got 2 frames 1 by 1...super worse quality..frames got broken within 15 to 30 days.These glasses cost me about 12000 rs each pair and it's surprising to see the quality of frames they have and they offer. Highly dissatisfied...

I was really impressed! Glasses are beautiful, shipped super fast and customer support was great!Placed an order on May 5th arrived today May 13th.
4 pairs of bifocals with no line for less than $250. The website is little hard to see on your phone. I meant to order transitional but I clicked the wrong box-my mistake. But I am still pleased with my order!

Ordered online but only got to know it's shipped from overseas country. And i was only informed when i prompted the customer service a week later.I got my specs 2 weeks later. Very bad service and non transparent of where the online product come from.

Overall I am pleased with the glasses I received from Lenskart. This was my first experience of buying glasses online,and after reading the many poor reviews from customers who bought from this company I was extremely hesitant.
