I wish I could give 0 stars! I purchased a 75” smart tv less than a month ago! We were just sitting watching TV and heard a pound pop in the TV (screen broken)no one touched it or anything abs they ruled it physical damage and won’t fix a $830 TV I’ve had less than a month! Horrible horrible service

LG Products are terrible along wt there customer service i have a washer dryer set.The dryer is constantly shutting off after 5mins in the dryer being on. The washer has had muti problems since i bought it. And it has been a nightmare trying to get them to fix it from day one. Even when it was under warranty they didnt wanna repair it or give me a new one. It was a fight. Now here i am 5 years later with more new problems with this washer. And they refuse to send parts for me to fix it. Or me have my personal handy man fix it. It must be an LG rep of theres. Which is near impossible to find that works on this terrible LG products. LG has giving me 8 numbers to call for a service and all 8 say they are no longer in business wt LG. So here i am now 1 month of a broken washer having to pay a laundromat to wash clothes because i cant get help from Lg at all!! TERRIBLE!!!! Never buy LG!!

We too have experienced a compressor failure 2.5 years after buying our LG refrigerator.
We lost over $300.00 food,we were promised a service appointment per our warranty 4 days later.
The first communication we received by email stated we were not going to be covered by the warranty because a similar claim had already been file on our refrigerator. NOT!
The next day we received a phone call stating this was a mistake, please “smile” because help is on the way, (days away).
3 days after the appointment was set we received an email pushing our service appointment out another 7 days.
We are living out of a small cooler at this point.
We bought our LG refrigerator at the Home Depot.
The Home Depot told us how efficient the warranty people are to deal with, when we called with the problem.
We would recommend a Yeti over any product the Home Depot sells at this point!
We are very dissatisfied with the entire process. We paid over $3000.00 dollars for this refrigerator and additional for the warranty.
Avoid the Home Depot as well as LG!
This is a scam.

Bought a side by side refrigerator in 2015 with 10 years warranty for the compressor.- 2017 Ice maker stops working and needs to be replaced
- 2021 Compressor stops working. Complain Filed and parts ordered on 5/5/2021. Each time I have followed up with LG they say " systems are down"
Absolutely disappointed with the product and even more with their service.
Systems are down for 11 days!!!
Will never recommend LG for its service ever again

Portable AC Failed - Customer Service Garbage

Portable AC unit out of warranty with only 6 months of use (2 seasons) leaked out refrigerant.Most likely defective from the factory as these types of leaks are slow.
Customer service contacted 4 times. Each began with them not knowing who I was, no notes written to my file. On all occasions told they would contact me back, obviously they never did. Continued to string me along and when they realized I wasn't going away they just said too bad, you're out of warranty. I wouldn't be surprised if they intentionally introduced small leaks rendering their units failed just past warranty. Beware of this company and customer service, they don't actually care about you.

We have had a problem with our new built in oven. We we told by the tech to never ever use the self cleaning system because it will always blow the fuses.Then while changing the fuses he damaged the brand new cabinet in our brand new kitchen. LG has been giving us nothing but a runaround as we try to get them to repair the damage. We are going to take legal action. They suck.

Its a shame that you have to give 1 star to write a review, otherwise it would be zero.Totally disappointed in their customer service. My fridge freezer stopped freezing and rather than replace it because it had an interior leak which is not fixable, they opt to band aid it which means I am without a fridge because they do not have parts. So no fridge for days during a pandemic but they dont care. I will never buy another LG product again and I will advise all of my friends and colleagues to do the same.
