Bought a Long champ travel bag at The Woodbury Commons Premuim outlet store ! Still Wear the long champTravel bag I purchased at the international outlet with pride My granddaughters loves the purple color hence the choice ? Own several Longchamps from Neiman online as well .. Viva la France ??.. Long live Paris ‘ So practical & so handy for travel lust humans ? Italian Bag Bottega Vaneta is still on my bucket list! I have long eyed the stains glass black or purple satchel from Botegga Vaneta . Hope to find it at Orlando International outlet or somewhere during my travels this year ? Hope it is not discontinued ... ?

I bought a bag for our granddaughter's birthday to be delivered to her. I inadvertantly provided an incomplete address.I noticed my error within 20 minutes and telephoned them to get the address corrected. I spoke to Tain at 1315 on 15/1/21 - she assured my it would be corrected. I then received confirmation that the item was shipped - including to the incomplete address - I telephoned again and was assured by Tain that it would be corrected. I then received an email from UPS confirming delivery - still to the incomplete address - and despite trying to get this resolved with UPS - they still havent corrected the address to the full one. Lousy service from a so-called luxury goods company. Avoid. After many hours of hassle I managed to get UPS to deliver to the right complete address ... but when I say hours I mean hours .

I placed my order on the 8th of December and received on the 14th of December. I always purchase my bags from Longchamp in-store with no issues - service is always great and the bags are amazing.On this occasion, I did not like the colour and size of the bag and so requested a return. I called customer service and a return was created. As requested I attached a returns label and the item was collected from my home address. A week later it was sent back to me by the carrier with no explanation or email from Longchamp to advise me. All emails from the delivery carrier were sent to me in french. I called customer service no one answered. So I sent an email enquiry on the website on the 3rd of January. No one answered after 8 days with no response I called customer service on the 11th January at this point I was frustrated I spoke to the manager who promised I would receive a returns label from DPS on the same day. No return label or communication has been received. As a customer, I have called over 4 times to customer service, spoke to the manager and sent an email enquiry on the website which was ignored for 8 days. This service is not acceptable when asked to speak to the head office I was not given appropriate information. This service is appalling I have been chasing a return for a month now. Longchamp has made not one attempt to contact/update/help me. Update response to Longchamp Reply - Yes this email for the 14th of January was sent and received please read my complaint I full. I first contacted Longchamp in December and did not receive any useful assistance until the 14th January after chasing up and calling and sending several emails. I am disappointed in your reply which does not address my cause for frustration. The email sent on the 14th was because I had called repeatedly for an update. I am very disappointed in this reply almost a month later.

Missing order

I ordered a bag on the 2nd of November for my daughters birthday on the 21st of November .I got anemail on the 9th to say it was to be delivered that day and then another email to say it was delayed .When it hadn't arrived by the 19th I emailed them to see what had happened as I appreciate couriers are very busy and was told it was missing and they were investigating it with the courier service I have emailed numerous times since and rang the customer care line with no answer and have repeatedly requested a refund and was told it couldn't be refunded until the package was found.Today I received an email to say the package had been returned to them and they would issue a refund within 14 days .I cannot believe the appalling customer service as I deal with many online companies and I have an online business myself and all queries are dealt with immediately and the customer is immediately refunded if there is problems with our service.I would not recommend this company and I will not be purchasing their products ever again

Don’t buy from longchamp online

Worst customer service Ordered a bag and it was never delivered despite ups pretending they had. threeweeks of waiting and no communication contacted them today to be told nothing they can do still investigating. Totally unacceptable So after a month from order no bag and no refund Apologies are all well and good after you complain but zero Interest in their end customer and still just promised to resolve the issue So I trust they will refund me and I will find a different company to buy a bag from

The handle broke off after one year

I had the Le Pliage bag for little over a year before the handle broke off. I used it for uni so I had my laptop and books inside and I've never had any bag strap break on me,which left me feeling disappointed with the quality. I took it to get repaired but was told it's too 'worn' and they couldn't fix it... The customer service was really pleasant but I certainly expected more from the Longchamp and probably won't be repurchasing due to this experience.
