Would never use this company again…

Would never use this company again flight delayed by over an hour resulting in missing conection flight,lost sons luggage later found 3 days later had to travel over 500km back to airport as they wouldn't return at own expense, plus ended up buying some clothes for son etc. Went to Airhelp and Resolver to seek money for delayed flight over 13hrs, waste of time LUFTHANSA is a law to its self and are exempt. Will never use them or partners again.

Following many flights with many airlines including Lufthansa I have just had my worst boarding experience.After Lufthansa tried to merge 2 aircraft into one with many people on standby there was the obvious chaos that as you would expect resulted in no social distancing of both passengers and staff. This then resulted in a packed aircraft with people and bags being moved by multiple individuals, again breaking many covid management processes. The resultant delay was possibly the least negative point

I was flying with Lufthansa at Christmas and my luggage was damaged on the way. I reported it (even several times)according to the guidelines yet I am still waiting for an answer. I have sent two mails and called a dozen of times, every time the customer service tells me mail is the only way to bring the case forward. Yet I have not received an answer to my most recent mail sent 4 months ago. Big minus for Lufthansa customer service. AVOID!

Absolute crooks. £10 to book a seat per person per leg, and the price went up while trying to book.More expensive to book 2 tickets together than 2 separate bookings. Last straw. Never using these scumbags again.

They are the worst airline in terms of customer services. Their agents have hung up on us multiple times and every time I call I get different answers.They canceled our flights due to the Pandemic and we have been fighting with them over a year now to book the ticket they owe us. They are the absolute worst. They do not care about their customers one bit!

George C.’s Reviews 1.0 star rating I booked a a lot of thing in past 10 days through Tripadvisor.However, once booked, it shows the booking was done through Viator. So far so good. Today May 4th, 21, I had a reservation for a jet skiing in Radazul, Canary Islands. I paid for that the day before. It said non refundable. Once I went to the address, there is another business there and the owner knew the name of the company I was looking for - " Motos de agua Tenerife", and said they were closed a year ago - out of business. I called the number for Viator and some customer service guy answers and puts me on hold for a while, after which he tells me I had to deal with the business itself and they can't refund me - A BUSINESS WHICH VIATOR ADVERTISES BUT IT DOESN'T EXIST!!! After I raised my voice he tells me - " ...this is your second warning!!!" ...WAHAAAAT?!?!??! Can you imagine that?? I gave him a piece of my mind - he heard what he needed to hear and hung up. Called back and some girl answered, after 20 mins of hassle and raising my voice again, she finally agreed to refund the money! Unbelievable! 1.0 star rating Worst experience I have ever had with any airport and I use Lufthansa almost every year. A woman presenting herself as a manager - "THE manager of Lufthansa" showed the WORST case of anti - semitism and ZERO customer service. She refused to give her business card or even name. I managed to see the name tage saying last name "Hawani"or "Shawani"or something of that sort - something Middle Eastern ( with no prejudice whatsoever, just still trying to get exact name, since I am going all the way, possibly with a lawsuit again Lufthansa and Newark Airport). 70%-80% of the travellers were Jewish going for the holiday back to Europe or Israel. That "thing" Hawani called security at least 5 times while boarding passangers (specifically the Jewish ones) and had the wors attitude towards the customers I have ever seen. I personally had a minor argument/alterction with one of the girls on the fornt desk when boarding, mostly due to the miscommunication because of the facial masks, nothing serious, when that so called "manager" showed and started screaming in my face "what is your pronblem...whaaaat???...". When I said I d like to file a complaint because that attitude is unacceptable, her exact respoinse - WORD FOR WORD was - "We have attitude? Sooo WHAAAAT....so WHAAAT????..." I had no answer to that ..that was IT ...NEVER seen anything like that. When I asked her for her business car she said "NO!", I asked her for her name - she said - "I wont give you my name..". I managed to see the last name on the name tag which seemed to be Hawani. Because of that argument , she took my boarding passes, refused to board me or release my checkin bag, and my 14 hour flight , turned into a 30 hour flight to final destination! On top of that she called NJ/ NY Police on me, LYING of me being very aggressive and when they came, they were very polite, and told me they feel sorry about that and they have witnessed it many times on that airport - the people who are supposed to be customer sertvice oriented , having ZERO cutomer service - this came from the Police officers. That thing Hawani even treatened me that I will NEVER fly with Lufhansa AGAIN! Horrible , horrible experience, but I wont let thing go just like that. I filed a complaint with Lufthansa corporate and they also told me to file a complaint with the airport. Airport people gave a direct number to the Lufthansa local office and when I call they keep trasffering my call to Police ( yes - Airport Police). Unbelieveable!

We bought our tickets online the fly in my wife and two small kids the CDC says you have to do yourcovid test 72 hours before flying out that's what I did the one on Monday she was flying out on Wednesday we got to the airport on Wednesday may5 waited for three hours in line and we got turned down they said your covid test has expired you have to do a covid test 48 hours prior to departure that's what we're told, if I knew that I would have saved myself $250. 2 Days Later a few days later I had to take another test and the rules changed again they told us to take the test same day there's nothing on their website about these rules please call Airlines and check on your own there's nothing in your email there's nothing on their website and that's how I lost $500 extra with
