Shocking lack of customer…

Reviewed on 2021-05-25T12:33:51

Shocking lack of customer service!!Submitted a request for a simple repair to my D&G glasses back inApril which are still under warranty.(would have been quite happy to take into a store for the missing part but they don’t carry them) Checked the portal a few days after to find out my request/offer of repair had expired as I didn’t claim and proceed yet no email was sent to me.All emails to Luxottica are being bounced back,I cannot get through to anyone at head office in the UK ,messages via FB/messenger/Insta are a waste of time and to top it off ,my warranty runs out next month!I’ve always purchased optical wear from this company but never ever again will I give them my business!By far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with

awful customer care awful customer care! You feel when you buy a product like Rayban the quality will last a life time.Well that isn’t the case. I bought my glasses in the sale in the winter and have went to use them now the weather is getting better. There is a crack starting from the screw attach point to the frame no other marks anywhere on the glasses and rayban want £117 for a new set as its not under warranty! Extremely poor ray ban. Ive taken it up with paypal as I dont think Ill ever receive my refund if I deal with these clowns.

Absolutely terrible company

Absolutely terrible company. I ordered a pair of Ray-ban’s on the 8th April. I kept checking UPS for delivery and the status was....held at depot awaiting information.I contacted Luxottica via Twitter as no other contact details available. I had a direct message to say they were looking into it and then no other information. These were a birthday present for the 22nd April and still no sign of them . I have just escalated the matter to PayPal. This is the worse customer service I’ve seen in a long time!
