They claim to have hundreds of employees but have only a few inexperienced website and social media creators working from their bedrooms.They are adept at getting customers to sign contracts, take thousands fo dollars through ACH from their clients bank account with the ability to take more, then fail to perform. When the client cancels, they keep the money as it it about the same as hiring a lawyer to go after them. Client is offered a few hundred dollars back in order to keep they mouth shut and not disparage them online. Then they go on to their next victim. This is criminal. I am going to the CO Attorney General's office and making a complaint. My 15 year old son made me a better website in four hours than the useless trash they took weeks to make for me. Madwire is a well thought out con job.

first they let me open a payment account.then they closed the accountwith a made-up justification.
They also unfairly confiscated the pending payments of my customers

I would give them 0 stars if possible. They conned me for $3600 and I would be suing them for that money.They promised to advertise my product and kept charging me $1200 a month for 3 months and they are all con artists.

STAY AWAY!! IF I COULD GIVE MADWIRE 0/5 STARS, I WOULD. Madwire has not been helpful to my business at all!As a small business owner, I was excited to begin working with Madwire as they had promised to help my business grow. They promised me website improvement services, Google Guaranteed verification for my business, SEO enhancement, and leads! I signed a 6 month contract with them. I became skeptical after the first couple of months. After I signed the contract, I had not heard from them. They had not sent me any website drafts. They also promised they would submit my Google Guaranteed verification, but they never did. They said they couldn’t get a hold of Google. So, I called Google myself and had to submit Google Guaranteed verification on my own. When I reached out to Madwire, they informed me they were working on “content.” But, I had not seen any results or improvements to my business! Every time, I set up a meeting with them to evaluate their progress, they gave me different excuses every time. Some of these excuses were that their marketing agent was “on lunch” or “out of office.” Now, I am five months into my six-month contract, I am paying Madwire $712.00 out-of-pocket monthly due to this contract AND I AM NOT BENEFITING AT ALL. They pressured me into adding $2,000 extra into “ad credit” and since then I have only received fake leads from them. The leads they sent me were linked to scam websites and scam callers. When I brought this matter to their attention, they ignored my emails and ignored my phone calls. After I finally got ahold of them, the employees treated me in a rude, unprofessional, and highly confrontational manner. I would highly recommend that you stay as far away from Madwire as possible. As an understanding customer and a professional businessowner, I have tried to cooperate with them, but now realize that I have been taken advantage of.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE Terrible company!!!! They will assign an account rep that will straight up LIE to you,they will take your money and you will get nothing!!!! $9000 wasted. What a waste of time!!! and aggravation!!!!! It all starts with a promise with a perfect landing page.....which you may not even need. Just Terrible. Zero Accountability, and they simply do not care about SMALL BUSINESS!!! DONT DO IT MOVE ON!!!

Unfortunately we had a very negative experience with Madwire/ Marketing360. The way they work is that everything is proprietary to them so once you sign up with them,you'll never be able to get away from them and continue using what you paid them to build. They built a website for us and were supposed to be running ads on google and FB. There was zero transparency - we couldn't see any data how the ads were doing and since we got zero leads from them, we knew they weren't doing well. As soon as we got away from them, we had to rebuild our own website and start running our own ads (which saved the thousands of dollars we wasted on their service) and our business finally turned around. We severed our relationship with them as soon as the contract ended (2 years ago) and just received another charge which they are refusing to refund. We found them to be pretty dishonest, disorganized and they didn't deliver a quality service. We wish we had never found them in the first place. Save your money or go with someone else.
