Where is customer service? I have billing questions that can not be answered by 'the community.'I did see a link referred to in the review section but that takes me right back to the website. I don't want to cancel but I will have to if I can't find a way to talk to an employee. So frustrated!

I've been using Mwb for some years now with no problems and no malware that I know of.I have 20+ years in IT support and I am very well aware that users tend to blame the system (program or application) rather than their own misunderstanding. I strongly suspect that this is behind many of the complaints on Trustpilot. If you look at how calmly, rationally and competently the Mwb support team deal with these complaints you should get an idea of the general competence of the product. I'm happy with it and, in my opinion, it beats many other big names out there, some of which I have dumped over the years.

This program is VERY SLOW it pass 47 hours and stil only find 3 malware in my "SSD" and it search 500000 files but 40 hours and my pc have MUCH LAG,...I cant use it... this program have much bugs!... My SSD is the only thing slowing my pc by this program my cpu is fine just 5% usage and ram 30% usage gpu 0% usage SO it just cant go fast from a "SSD"? cmon... 2 days to try finish this search of malware and its just slower than the worst pc in the world!.. COMN..........

And now it finished in the 4 day....
And it find FALSE malware bc 2 is from a game in the "Microsoft store"... and other is the software of my gigabyte SSD drive that i installed an update from the official website gigabyte
Theres the software: SSD toolbox
(sorry i cant add the link of this website because here they don't give me permission to do that,.. But its from the official website i assure you)
Also the game is "asphalt 8" that is in "Microsoft Store"!!..
So why it detects that as a virus?...
I also uninstall your "Malwarebytes" program and i use just the "windows defender" from microsoft!..
As it seems do the job better protecting my pc and without any slow down...
Now for a little thing i did to force scan my pc in Malwarebites:
Instead of just select "normal scan" or "full scan" i select my hard drive option and that option makes it slower than the other 2...
(also because in the other 2 options it didn't find any "infected files" .. don't ask me why..)
Also i want to point as a test i use MSERT (microsotf Safety Scanner) program to see (before i instaled "Malwarebites") if the pc have any virus and 2 things happen that is:
It find 5 "infected files" of "4026764" files.. thats why i installed malwarebites to find that amount of infected files..
And the "malwarebites" as i said before it finds just 3 "infected files"...
And the scan just ended in "896567" searched files..
So its WAY less than "MSERT" "4026764" searched files in that microsoft program vs "malwarebites" just searched "896567" files....
And "malwarebites" find just "3" of the "5" infected files found by the "MSERT"!....
So all in all this "malwarebites" cant be any good for searching files, and detect infected files... as i prove my point...
Thats why i unistalled it No point in having that running and taking resources of pc just to do same or worst than "windows defender"!...

I have a paid premium subscription, yet the app will not let me switch from Free to Premium.I have scrolled down through the privacy statement. There is no place to accept it. This is very disappointing.

I just want to say that this program got rid of most of the malware and viruses that i had and protected me for years now.Luckily i have the lifetime license that is really rare and im glad i bought it in that time. All the best for the program. I hate when uneducated people write about things they dont understand and they dont know how to set up and write shty comments about.
