I have money in my Cleo savings

I have money in my Cleo savings. I attempted to withdraw it and it tells me that my bank account is disconnected.Never seems to be "disconnected" when Cleo is taking money, it is when I try to withdraw. I looked into it and my bank is NOT disconnected under any of the settings and all is well EXCEPT if I try to get my money out. So I purposely disconnected my account and then reconnected and guess what....it won't let me reconnect. Even tried adding my PayPal account, anything I can use to get my money back but it won't let me. Scam. Thanks for stealing from me. DO NOT USE.

It’s used to be good until I got a message saying there was a problem with my Plus subscription not going though.After countless conversations with their support over 2 months later the issue has still not been resolved. I now have have money locked away in the auto-savings account that I can’t access or take out and which nothing is being added to! There’s no reason why they can’t accept payment as I haven’t changed anything. My bank is still the same and is still connected....
I would have solely recommended this to anyone but not anymore. I shall be switching to Monzo or somebody else once I’m able to get my auto savings out.

Much of the growth from the last year has been skewed by the high number of new users who have signed up for Plus simply to get a Salary Advance.Diversity and Inclusion are nothing more than talking points here, based on the company's own 2020 report. And most disturbingly, the product itself is harmful to its users, many of whom are low income, and often get stuck in a pattern of perpetually taking out Salary Advances to make ends meet.
The CS team is run by inexperienced management, which is still figuring out how to operate from day to day. Best practices and procedures are essentially absent and there is a lack of cohesion amongst the team as a whole, especially since 90 percent aren't actually employees and are based in the US, thousands of miles away from the London home office. Worst of all, despite being five years old, the company has made no steps to upgrade to a proper ticketing system resulting in poor user experience, costly work redundancies, duplicate messages and other inefficiencies that eat into worker productivity.

**Update**
My issue has finally been resolved, and rather quickly other than the initial response time which is why I’m increasing from 1 star to 3 If the customer service were quicker,and consistent, I’d rate 5 stars. Once you finally get someone to help you they’re top notch.
I’ve been trying to make a withdrawal from my savings account on Cleo, every time I try to click confirm I get told there was a problem and to contact customer support, but I can’t get a response from them. At this point I don’t trust Cleo and want to withdraw all my money from them and cancel my Cleo+ subscription, however I can’t get customer service to contact me back! I’m stuck in a loop!

So damn confusing. Just checked my Cleo balance for the first time in months, and it is negative even though I never used the app for anything except Auto Save,which I also stopped months ago. I wanted to withdraw the saved money, but now it’s not letting me connect to my bank account? I tried looking up why my balance is negative, but every time I click a link in Safari, it brings me to the app and says I have to connect a bank account. It’s just a constant loop of confusion.

I do not use Cleo nor the app yet my account has been fraudulently charged. My bank notified me of the charges immediately.My card was shut down due to this and I’m having to wait the weekend to have the hold lifted off of my account. An inconvenience and a poor system Cleo uses to confirm its users identity.

Money stolen from Cleo Wallet

I have had Cleo for a few years, and set up autosave for my Cleo wallet as an extra saving device that I didn't need to think about.Other than that I don't use it. 'Handy!' you might think....that is until I have just logged in to check on my what should be now substantial savings pot in my Cleo Wallet, only to discover there have been three (THREE!) withdrawals from my wallet this year that I did not request. Even more upsetting/infuriating is that I did not receive these funds to my supposed 'linked account'. On top of that, the woeful interface means I can't click through on the withdrawals to see the payment details, just the date and withdrawal amount. Somebody has stolen a total of £324.84 from my Cleo Wallet since February this year, so I need answers AND my hard-earned money back ASAP.
